The 3-room apartment was new furnished in 2011. The apartment has a large kitchen, bathroom, children / office space and a free car parking space in front of the house. There are 5 beds and a babybed is available. Pets are allowed on request. To Landshut you need 15 minutes by car or public transport to Munich for Oktoberfest 45 minutes by car and 40 minutes by train from the station in Moosburg. There is a butcher and two supermarkets 5 minutes on food and very good restaurants (Italian, Bavarian). There is a pharmacy, post office, bank, primary school nursery, a creche and a nursery. The apartment has direct access from the kitchen to the garden. We speak English, French and some Italian. If desired, with breakfast: 5 € per night per person.Or we can fill the fridge for you. The apartment must be left clean, otherwise a final cleaning has to be paid.

The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Landshut-Vilsheim heated pool dream with lots of peace

In 30 minutes you are at the airport in Surftown Muc for surfing!!! A dream chilling by the pool during the day, in the evening to Landshut - Regensburg - Munich ... You will feel very comfortable with this property and nothing will be missing. In the garage you can charge your electric car:-) The pool is just for you and your guests, the property and the garden offers a lot of privacy. The pool is heated from April to October and can be heated depending on the weather.
