Welcome to our city apartment in the heart of Villach. With lots of love, we completely renovated the apartment in 2022. Suitable for couples but also families. Centrally located opposite the Congress Center at the riverside. Ideal for river excursions or for walking through the city center. Enjoy the big terrace and plan your trips directly from Villach. Carinthia is enjoyable in all seasons and very close to IT & SLO. We are truly looking forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Haus Alpenglück Holiday Apartment near Arnoldstein

Haus Alpenglück was originally built 180 years ago as a farmhouse. Today it is a family home with a self contained apartment for visitors. Newly renovated apartment with dining area (& tv), kitchen, bedroom sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children + infant cot on request) and a shower room. There is a shared terrace and large garden. Free on-site parking & WiFi. Please note: a tourist tax is paid per adult over the age of 16yrs. Not able to accommodate pets.

Direct lake access at Lake Ossiach&Adventure Card

The flat is located with direct lake access on Lake Ossiach, just 4 km from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn car park (Kanzelplatz 2, 9520 Annenheim) and 6.6 km from the centre of Villach (main railway station). On 55m² you will find a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a 20m² terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe. The flat is suitable for up to 4 people and invites you to relax or enjoy an active holiday.

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
