Excelente ubicación sobre avenida costanera a 15 cuadras del centro (15 minutos caminando / 5 en auto) con supermercado y todo tipo de comercios muy cerca. Aire acondicionado en los dormitorios y calefacción por tiro balanceado. WiFi y TV por cable. AVISO: Temporada 25/26 obra en construcción vecina puede generar ruidos molestos.
