Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

The view

Welcome to this guest house in the middle of the beautiful fishing villages of Vik and Baskemölla. It is 150 meters to a fantastic sandy beach and sea view from the patio. Skåneleden borders the plot and the nearest golf course is a quarter of an hour's walk away as well as the nearest grocery store. The guest house has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Hob and dining area as well as toilet and shower in open solution. Gas grill and garden furniture are included. Sheets and towels can be rented.

Old school in Vik

The house is situated high up overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Vik's folk high school until the end of the 1950s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was carried out and now the entire house is as if newly built. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as much as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old buildings are very well preserved. It's calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Small cozy renovated stone house from the 19th century a stone's throw from the harbor and beaches of Vik. Small garden with sunlight from morning to night. Upstairs bedroom with a 160-cm double bed plus two children's beds (steep staircase up). Bathroom with shower, living room, dining area, and kitchen. Dishwasher. Separate guest house with a 160-cm double bed and private toilet (no hot water in the guest house). Wi-Fi is available, but there is no TV or microwave. Towels and beds are not included.

Comfortable and fresh accommodation close to the sea, golf courses and hiking trails. Close to sandy beaches and cliffs. 9 km to Simrishamn and Kivik. Bus 5 minutes walk from the residence, runs once an hour. Stenshuvud is 10 minutes by car. Two 18-hole golf courses with restaurants within walking distance. Stenshuvud National Park, 10 minutes by car. Mandelsman's garden in the neighboring village, 5 minutes by car. Grocery store 200 meters away with, among other things, freshly baked breakfast bread.

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
