La maison est très bien située, dans un secteur tranquille, près d’un parc pour les enfants, près de beaux sentiers pour la course à pied, près de l’Université/ Boul Laurier, près du fleuve. Maison lumineuse, propre, plus belle que sur les photos, avec une cuisine bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Très satisfaits de notre séjour! Merci!

Nice, clean place, decorated with taste- we felt at home! Everything we needed was provided. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. One needs a car. Very good communication with the owner.

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Cette église est juste incroyable. Elle est moderne mais ils on gardé le style de la batiste. Tout était parfait. Je n’ai aucuns commentaire négatif. Dans la petite tour la vue est à couper le souffle,. Les hôtes sont super gentils et très attentionnés. Merci énormément à Marc et Nadine de nous avoir accueilli chez vous. Nous y retournons une 3 ièmes fois sans aucune hésitation.

My husband and I loved staying here! We got to enjoy what the island had to offer, and it was a quick and easy drive into Old Quebec City. The house was very cozy after a day of walking around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this Airbnb!

Logement décoré avec goût dans un quartier résidentiel paisible. One se sent comme chez soi avec tout ce qu’il faut de la cuisine à la salle de bain. Le lit est comfortable. Le sofa est l’est aussi et c’était agréable de pouvoir regarder des films et séries sur Netflix après une longue journée. Je recommande aux voyageurs solos ou aux couples en quête d’un endroit sympatique à 30 minutes du centre-ville.

Completely enjoyed our visit to Quebec. Mathieu was an excellent host and responded immediately to every question we had. The condo was completely as advertised. Location is excellent for walking and touring by car. Would definitely reach out to Mathieu if we visit Quebec again.

Beautiful place great hosts the parking was as described pretty tight but secure and the neighbourhood was loud but also convenient for a tourist. Don’t expect people to know English bring your google translate. Over all it was a great experience we would recommend

We arrived right when a massive thunderstorm that produced high wind speeds and small tornadoes that knocked out power to the entire greater area. The property was retrofit with hurricane strength windows and a backup generator. Nicolas was quick to respond to me when I asked about safety concerns being high up on the mountain, advising the place was equipped as described. We rode the storm out safely and proceeded to love our peaceful retreat upon the mountain. It was the perfect blend of nature and access to the city not far away. He also drove up a fan the following day, and refilled gas levels to make sure we were set. Great work by the host and the area is amazing!

Great place to stay if you love scenic views. The house was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. The water pressure was actually pretty good in comparison to other isolated locations as well as a good amount of hot water. Hot tub was a nice cherry on top of everything. Would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing getaway from the city.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view and home were even more beautiful than the pictures could capture. All the amenities listed were included, the place was pristinely clean, and the check-in process was easy. The guide provided for the stay is well done and super useful as well! Overall, this was the most professional AirBnB I’ve ever stayed at and it’s clear all the small details (heated floors, windows to maximize views, cooking utensils, etc.) were planned out masterfully! I definitely see myself staying here again!

It was our second stay at the cabin and we will be back! Such an amazing view right in the middle of amazing bike trails!

Nous étions une famille de 6 adultes et quatre enfants et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Dominique a été très accomodant et nous a même suggéré une promenade avec vue, visite à sa fermette en plus de nous offrir des pommes de terre de sa production. La maison était spacieuse, propre et offrait toutes les commodités nécessaires. La vue et la promenade sur la plage ont été magiques. Et que dire du spa. Nous n'hesitons pas a recommander cet emplacement et nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
