Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vieux-Habitants

A big thank you to Michelle who welcomed us warmly. There were lots of small touches in the accommodation and we felt comfortable there as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is very well-equipped in the kitchen, which is a big plus. Perfectly located 15 minutes from the Yellow Baths, so no stress for our excursion to La Soufriere at 7:30 a.m. the next morning. The only downsides that aren't really a downside is that we would have liked the mosquito net above the bed as seen in the photos (but everything was provided for prevention) and no possibility of taking a walk in the evening without the car. I highly recommend this accommodation, you will be very happy!

Ideally located accommodation and is as described with a large, very nice terrace from which you can see Les Saintes. We had a great time at Sébastien and his family's place. He is a very welcoming, warm and communicative host who gave us good advice. We will not forget the excellent fruits of the garden that he was kind enough to offer us and the charming companions Nougat the dog and the cat who kept us company during our evenings on the terrace but always with discretion. We would definitely recommend it.

A peaceful week in Danielle's house who is a welcoming and very friendly host! The exteriors are magnificent, the view is exceptional, the pool is very pleasant, the nature omnipresent. It's ideal for exploring Basse-Terre.

We 100% recommend this listing as described, which met all our criteria. Very well located on low ground close to all the places to visit as a family. Corine and Fred were lovely to us and we were welcomed as members of their family. Beyond a vacation rental, it is a rich human experience that we retain from these few days in Bouillante. Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

We had a great week at Estelle and Virginie's. The accommodation is new, perfectly furnished and in terms of cleanliness I have nothing to say. Our hostesses are super friendly, easily reachable and available. We enjoyed feeling at home. Regarding the location, RAS the accommodation is in a quiet area and is surrounded by everything you need for a pleasant stay (bakery, pharmacy, beach, supermarket and a few restaurants).... Moreover Basse-Terre is 10 min away. We'll be happy to come back to you for a future stay, all the best 🤗

We arrived delighted by the place, after 1 week wandering / crisscrossing Deshaies and more broadly the whole island of Basse-Terre, it is with a heavy heart that we left this magical place. Hiking, waterfalls, snorkeling, cocooning, paradisiacal beaches... There is something for everyone and the accommodation will meet all your expectations. ❤️

Great apartment to spend a week on low ground! The apartment is spacious, has a beautiful balcony overlooking a quiet marina and is air-conditioned 🙂 In addition, the location is ideal since the accommodation is close to a beach, shops as well as the main road N1 allowing access to the various places of lowland, Henri was very available and attentive, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to discover Basse Terre

Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for someone like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, as described, very good. Equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything for a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend it, very good value.

Beautiful, warm, clean and well-decorated accommodation. It matches the photos and description in every way. It's just a shame the neighborhood was noisy at night.

Great accommodation, great location, great sea views. One of the best equipped homes I've ever been to, everything is there, even a huge chest filled with beach toys for children 🙂 Emmanuel is very friendly, available and responsive. Go there without so much as a second thought!
