Cottage vacation rentals in Vestland

We had a lovely stay in the cabin during February. Very cosy, warm and had all we needed. The hot tub was a great addition. Great location for skiing and winter activities near the ski senter. Stian and all other hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Tussen takk :)

Thea’s place was absolutely incredible. She took the time to come outside and greet us so that we could get familiar with where everything was. The place was adorably decorated, clean, and private. The hot tub was also incredible and probably one of the most comfortable we’ve been in. If we are ever in the area again, this is the first place we’ll book.

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus von Sverre sehr genossen. Es ist ein kleines Cottage dicht am Fjord. Es ist ein altes Haus mit viel Charakter und individueller Einrichtung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Insgesamt hat das Haus viel zu bieten mit Sauna, einem Pizzaofen und Grillgelegenheit. Sverre und Kristin sind gut zu erreichen und hilfreich.

nous avons passé une semaine sur bergen et alentours, et deux jours dans ce logement, propre, bien agencé, classe, bien chauffé, fonctionnel. un peu loin de tout ! voiture obligatoire. jaccusi en supplément... un peu dommage, mais placé correctement sur la terrasse il est exceptionnel à utiliser.

Snakk om balsam for sjelen💛 Sjarmerende hus med sjel. Satte utrolig stor pris på å kunne utsette hjemreisen noen timer for å nyte det fine været i den koselige hagen. Tusen takk for meg, kommer gjerne tilbake 😊

Das Haus ist noch schöner und größer, als man es auf den Bildern sehen konnte. Das Boothaus am haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, bietet jedoch bei jeglichem Wetter eine gute Möglichkeit Zeit am Wasser zu verbringen. Die Hosts sind sehr nett, wir wurden direkt begrüßt und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Som forventet fra bilder og beskrivelse. Veldig koselig sted med flott opparbeidet hage. Dyr og fugler på eiendommen var stor stas for 6 åringen. Verten var veldig hyggelig, og alt fungerte som det skulle. Absolutt å anbefale.

Dette er 3 året på rad vi overnatter hos Heidi, på gjennomreise. En vennegjeng på 8 som kom denne gangen, og Heidi la til rette for det, selv om det i utgangspunktet var plass til 6. Veldig fornøyd med at alt går så greit og lett her, og kommer også tilbake neste år, på vår veg til Lærdal og fotballcup.

Kjempe fint gammelt lite hus i landige omgivelser. Ok utstyrt kjøkken, behagelig og nytt bad. Lytt mellom rommene/etasjene. Pen hage og uteplass. Meget rent og pent.

Das Haus von Johanne ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben vor Ort Landkarten der Region liegen gehabt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man direkt am Meer oder in Bergen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect stay for us during our exploration of the fjords. Had plenty of comfy beds, modern renovated bathroom with a washer and dryer, and the added perk of heated floors downstairs. Was also nestled in the most lovely valley. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had a great stay at Lasse's house! The view from the terrace is so beautiful, river, waterfall etc Lasse was really nice and helpful if/when we needed something. Very comfortable house with a view and peaceful, highly recommend!

If you would like to experience an authentic living in an old Norwegian house (which still has all of today's modern appliances etc.) this is the place to stay at! Check In was possible with code box, although we were greeted and welcomed by the host who lived right next to our house. They were very friendly and nice! The house provided for nearly everything needed for cooking your own meals or relaxing inside and outside. We used the opportunity to drive to Trollstigen which was pretty closely located (1h by car). The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean, overall we would come back.

excellent value for money. all you need is there. very clean and nice interior styling. Central base for walks and trails in the area. very kind and responsive host. highly recommended.

Fantastiskt koselig sted midt i Sæbø - anbefales på det varmeste!

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Fjord. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Garten.

What an amazing place!! A very cute and cozy cottage with a spectacular view. We thought that it would be a wonderful place for someone to finish that novel they’ve been working on. 😄 Arild was very helpful and quickly answered all of the questions we had. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Sehr schöne "kuschelige" Wohnung (Haus). Alles war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Geiranger Fjord.

We had such a lovely, warm welcome from Liev who showed us around the farm and took us down to the fjord to show us the kayaks, boat and fishing equipment which we were welcome to use (sadly the weather didnt cooperate this time!). The cottage is very cosy and we loved having a fire in the evening to keep us warm. Beautiful view of the fjord over the gorgeous garden and very friendly pets who keep you company from next door!
