Cottage vacation rentals in Vestfold og Telemark

We loved our holiday. We didn't do a great deal of exploring, just enjoyed the snow. There's enough of a hill immediatelyoutside the front door for a bit of sledging, and fantastic mountain views while in the hot tub.

We were a group of friends that enjoyed our stay a lot! the cabin is quite close to the lake, nice outside yard for hangout and games, surrounded by nature, the kitchen was fully equiped!

Super peaceful location - and open space.

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit direktem Blick auf den Fjord. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Gegend ist großartig und man kann auch direkt vom Haus aus loswandern… besonders haben wir den super Pool genossen!

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

Mooi huis met veel details en fijne tuin met een heleboel tomaten en kruiden om van te plukken. Zeer rustige omgeving. Goed geslapen op prima bedden. De keuken had alles wat je nodig hebt. De katten waren aanhankelijk en was erg leuk voor de kinderen. Gewandeld en naar het stand geweest. Wel koud water. Lekker pizza's gebakken in de serre. Ook gebruik gemaakt van de hottub.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vilma's house. The house is lovely, homely, spacious and has all that's needed for a fabulous vacation. The location is incredible. Great garden with fruits, berries and vegetables! It's just a few minutes walk from one of my favorite beaches in Norway (Storesand). Nature starts right at the front door. We loved it, and when/if we're ever in the area we know where to book. And we'll make sure to ask Vilma in advance to organize the same type of weather as well. :)

Utrolig flott sted og god plass til familie på tre. Vi har kost oss veldig! Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Står i beskrivelsen «jacuzzi», og leste det på tidligere anmeldelser, men den som var ute var ikke i bruk. Noe som er forståelig såpass tidlig i sesongen. Men veldig fint med boblebad inne. Fint å gå opp til Vedlausfjell, vakker natur. Små og store har kost oss, så tusen takk for lånet! Veldig hyggelig vert, som både tok kontakt og var tilgjengelig på telefon.

Sentralt plassert i høve føremålet for opphaldet vårt. Huset var utstyrt med alt me forventa. Veldig god kommunikasjon med vert. God varme frå vedomnen når me kom, så veldig god service 👍

Beautiful village, Big house, Lovely kitchen with all the basic stuff for cooking.

Just a fantastic spot. Our stay here was a joy, beautiful and peaceful. We feel like we really lucked into a great part of Norway and a great property. Perfect weather allowed us to spend hours on the deck/dock enjoying the most beautiful view. Driving around the area and a few hikes into the mountains gave us plenty to do all day. There are two supermarkets nearby and just a few restaurants. Siderhuset Nola K restaurant in Na was great for lunch or dinner and worth the drive. The 5 course dinner at historic Utne Hotel was maybe not worth the high price tag in our opinion. Bondusvastnet hike was worth the drive as well. If you like wine or any liquor know that in Norway you can only get it at a state vinmonopolet. Closest is 25 miles so bring it with you from airport duty free.

Our dear Tim and Camilla ❤️🤗❤️TAKKI TAKKI 🙏 We don’t even know where to start and if we can convey the emotions that we received from this little corner of paradise and it’s all thanks to two wonderful people Tim and Camilla who greeted us with great love from the first seconds of our acquaintance🥰 Everything is actually much more beautiful than in the photo and we recommend 1000% that it is worth it, if you love and respect nature, you will experience indescribable and unforgettable moments, starting with a house with a terrace, the sound of a river, birds singing and the ringing of grazing sheep. And all this right before you leave the door. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and made with love❤️ We need a book to describe everything, it will remain in ours❤️ ❤️ We were very sorry that we spent so little time and we had to leave it all because we really felt real life in everything that surrounded us. Die Lage ist wunderschön! Die Aussicht und die tollen Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Kristian war sehr gut. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren auf der Heimreise von Norwegen eine Nacht in Roberts schönem Ferienhaus. Es war sehr ruhig und das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Blick aufs Wasser ist wirklich schön! Es fehlt wirklich an nichts im Haus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch. (Nordby Shopping Center) Robert ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen und ein paar Tage länger an diesem schönen Ort verbringen. :)

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Alles war sauber und schön für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr sehenswert und der ICA Supermarkt in der Nähe war sehr praktisch!

Very nice house in a fantastic location. It's only a few meters until you can see the sea. Small garden and terrace, even a swing. Daniel was always available and very friendly. Thank you very much.

Jättemysig liten stuga i skogen med både för och eftermiddags sol, nära till fin badplats, kommer gärna tillbaka

Arendal is such a beautiful coastal town. I feel so fortunate to have been able to revisit it and share its deep history with my husband and our children. Gro’s place felt like home away from home. Authentic Norwegian home that satisfied my fond childhood memories of visiting grandparents there. Very walkable. Quiet neighbourhood. Attentive, helpful, generous hosts. Well maintained home that is old by North American standards but also extremely well maintained and up to date with modern conveniences. I hope to be able to return!

Hade en härlig vistelse i denna fina, rena, välskötta och funktionella lilla stuga. Kändes väldigt enskilt, hade en härlig uteplats med kvällssol. Olle var en fin värd som svarade snabbt och gav många lokala tips. Kommer att åka tillbaka och fortsätta utforska dom fina omgivningarna och öarna som är lättillgängliga från färjeläget som inte ligger långt från stugan.

Kapteinsboligen var et perfekt sted for å feriere sammen med familien på 7 stykker. Vi var besteforeldre, barn og barnebarn. I tillegg var det plass til å få 5 stykker til på et middagsbesøk rundt det store langbordet. Huset var romslig og hadde sin sjarm.

Boendet var fräscht och trevligt. Den var en enkel och fin stuga. Väldigt trevlig hyresvärd också. Kommer definitivt boka om igen här!
