The house is well suited for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common areas. From the first floor, there is a view and a glimpse of the sea. There are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from a Michelin restaurant. The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

An agreement has been made with Sydthy swimming pool that it is free to come and swim there, you just have to bring the key with the house number

There is a kitchen and spacious living room in open connection with dining area, 2 rooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and bathroom. There is a dishwasher and combination washer/dryer in the kitchen. Outside you will find a covered terrace with a view. EV charging station available. Duvets and pillows are in the house, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and the like. Electricity is settled according to consumption at DKK 3.00 per kWh.

Nature, beach, adventure and endless walking and biking trails make this a great place for adventure and recreation. 800 m to the fjord beach, which is perfect for kite surfing and by the shallow water also super suitable for smaller children. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and cozy cottage to spend quality time in nature, this small summerhouse (65 square meters) is the ideal spot. It has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 open bedroom upstairs (hems) and 1 bathroom. (new mattresses, toppers, blankets and pillows) Outside is a 55 square meter big terrasse with an amazing outdoor fireplace to spend a good time together. The summerhouse is located at a peaceful spot with 4 min walk to a grocery store and 12 min walk from the beach.
