Our new summerhouse is beautifully situated in Grønhøj south of Løkken. Approx. 300 m. to the beach and the North Sea. Groceries a few min. walk from the house. The area offers wildlife, hiking trails and cycling routes. In Løkken you will find restaurants, cafés, culture and shopping (clothes, ceramics, art, antiques, flea market). On the beach you can buy fresh fish, fish from the pier, rent surfing equipment or a beach sauna. We hope you enjoy your stay and take care of our lovely house.

The house has 2 guest bedrooms, 1 master bedroom, 1 home office, 1 guest bathroom and 1 master bathroom. There is also a 55inch television with tv-streaming and Netflix. Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

Sommerbolig udlejes, lige ved stranden Udsigt til vandet og stranden er stort set lige i baghaven. Man har hele boligen for sig selv, 130 kvm., fordelt på 2 plan. Den består af et køkken/ alrum, entre, stue, 3 soveværelser, badeværelse og en dejlig stor have med terrasse. Ca. 1,5 km til ishus, hvor man også kan hente morgenbrød og lille kiosk med grillbar, som har åben hele sommeren og ca. 1,5 km til campingplads med pool, som man kan benytte mod et mindre beløb.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included
