Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Verdun

This is a nice apartment! I really enjoyed to stay there! It was comfortable and the balcony was great to drink a coffee in the morning listening the birds! I would stay there 100%

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The space was clean, and stylish. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Sam is incredibly responsive and helpful, and provived clear check-in instructions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal!

The unit is exactly as listed. Clean. Modern. Bright. As of June 2025, everything is new, clean and works well. We used the refrigerator, sink and coffee maker—plus glasses, cups, bowls and utensils—and all fine. The “one-wall” kitchen is in the same space as the living room (and TV), but adequately spaced so the two uses don’t interfere with one another and leave room to pass by. The bedroom is actually spacious with a large, empty closet and a space or “nook” to place your luggage. The bed and nightstand have outlets and charging ports (USB A&C) and a bedside light. Unit has high ceilings with full-height windows, giving a spacious feel. There is a thermostat with a dedicated A/C and heat. Great location for F1—train a block away, 20 mins. to the circuit. My adult son slept on the sofa/day bed comfortably with provided linens/blankets. This would be a great home base for seeing all of Montreal. Safe area and safe building. I highly recommend this place. Perfect. Thank you!!

very comfortable beds. Apartment was very clean and well stocked with basic paper products and shampoo. Parking on the street was plentiful. This apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to a metro station, a grocery store, and several restaurants.

I stayed in Claire’s place with two friends during a 5 day visit to Montréal. The place is clean and looks like the photos. Very spacious. We didn’t cook at all but it seems they have most kitchen necessities. The place is about 10 minutes away from the metro station, and there are plenty of coffee shops & convenience stores in the area. I highly recommend stopping in “Cafe Monk” nearby. nous sommes restés 1 seule nuit mais tout a été très fluide et facile. les instructions d'arrivée étaient claires et le logement conforme à nos attentes et à la description. si je devais revenir, je reprendrais le logement sans craintes.

C'est une magnifique residence luxueuse et grandiose. Tout est impeccable a l'interieur. Aussi tres belle vue sur le lac et tres pres du super aquaclub.

Logement génial, calme et bien rangé. Il est très accueillant pour se reposer et bien place pour aller au ski, Proche de Montréal mais dans les bouchons.

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Pour moi, le logement de Mme Irma correspondait parfaitement à mes besoins. Quartier tranquille de Laval, ou je pouvais laisser mon auto stationnée dans la rue, et faire mes déplacements à Montréal à partir de la station de Métro qui est tout près.

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Nice home in a great neighborhood. Safe and quiet area. Some stores close within 5 minutes. Perfect location for our needs.

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

Joli logement, propre et bien situé. Un peu bruyant

Tout était parfait! Très propre! L’hôte se soucie vraiment de notre confort. Il a proposé tout de suite d’ouvrir la thermopompe alors qu’on ne s’était même pas plaint de la chaleur! C’est possible de traverser le pont jusqu’au vieux St-Jean à pied où il y a une panoplie de restaurants et d’activités à faire. Je recommande vivement!

The place was super clean and cozy. Lots of great restaurants and cafes next to it. Close to the metro station and walkable distance from downtown.
