Aufgrund der Ausstattung ist diese Wohnung für Langzeitvermietung bestens geeignet und deshalb sind auch keine Haustiere gestattet. Hier finden maximal 2 erwachsene Personen im Doppelbett Platz. Für maximal 2 Kinder gibt es Gästebetten zum ausziehen.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere.
