Loved the chalet the views amazing so peaceful loved the area love to cook so it was perfect every thing I need was there home os cozy and comfortable loved to wake up to the mountains views and those cows outside so beautiful perfect place to catch bus just in front of chalet and coop great place to buy groceries and bus station great services and easy access go other places like Bern Interlaken Frutigen love this place really recommend for couples or families

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie. Die Unterkunft ist herausragend und ist etwas sehr Besonderes. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Der Blick auf den Mont Blanc aus dem Chalet, sowie die Möglichkeit direkt von der Unterkunft die vielen Wanderwege zu nutzen, sind spektakulär. Vincent ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Ich spare hier bewusst nicht mit Superlative. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir freuen uns in Zukunft wieder zu Gast bei Vincent zu sein.

9.5/10 Review for Max Chalet Gimmelwald Max Chalet was perfect for our family of three—a fantastic base for a mountain getaway! Surroundings: Gimmelwald is stunning, with hiking right outside the door. We loved the Northface Trail and the easy gondola access to Mürren, Schilthorn, and the valley. Parking at Stechelberg was only $10/day. Entertainment: Hiking was our main activity—beautiful trails and mountain huts. Pension Gimmelwald and Mountain Hostel next door offer meals, drinks, and great pizza (8.5/10). Food: Dining options nearby, more in Mürren, and a grocery store for essentials to cook at Max. The House: Spacious, cozy, clean, with big windows framing epic views. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a great patio. Quiet at night (bring a fan for white noise). Floors creak but didn’t bother us. Host: Marianne was super responsive and helpful. Summary: We’d absolutely stay again—9.5/10! (We’ve never given a 10, so this is top marks from us!)

I can’t say enough nice things about Eric’s home! It is so close to the train station you can walk to / from with large luggage. The view is stunning, the house is pristine, and he has thought of absolutely everything and more than a guest would need. Everything is labeled and organized and I was impressed. He was so great to deal with and incredibly generous with his things (binoculars, chargers, phone, etc) I would say this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.

5 Sterne - nix zu bemängeln. Tolle Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit schönem Blick. Akzeptable Distanz zum Skilift (~300m). Absolut empfehlenswert. Nette Gastgeberin. Jederzeit wieder.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met onze dochter van 2 jaar. De tips die Marc heeft verzameld op zijn airbnb pagina zijn top. We hebben 2 prachtige wandelingen gemaakt. Huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken en heerlijk privé. En dan dat uitzicht!!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled at the bottom of the mountain in Lauterbrunnen. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to waterfalls cascading down the cliffs and the sound of birds echoing through the valley felt like something out of a fairytale. The home itself was spotless and cozy. A Swiss charm! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable. The location is ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the train station and local shops. We loved hiking during the day and returning to this serene retreat in the evenings. Veronique was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great tips for exploring the area. We can’t recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a magical escape in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this is it!

We had such a lovely stay, the chalet was beautiful, beyond our expectations with a very well equipped kitchen and lovely furniture. The views were breathtaking and was very close to town, and the funicular to go skiing. We had the family together and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time. Overall a lovely holiday had by all.

A great place for 2 families, or for a larger group, has everything you need and more! Fantastic views, peaceful surrounding and enough space to enjoy and relax. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend her place.

Everything was excellent except that there was no air conditioning in the apartment because during the period we lived there the weather was hot and the temperature was 30°

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet. Nous étions deux couples avec deux enfants d’un peu plus d’une année et avons pu facilement y séjourner une semaine car il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires (dont un lit bébé fixe). La pièce à vivre est agréable, très lumineuse et offre une vue panoramique sur les montagnes. Le sauna et le jacuzzi extérieur (avec vue sur les montagnes) ont été très appréciés !

Alles hat gepasst....wir hatten drei wundervolle Tage in Wengen und fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung....sehr gerne wieder....

Absolutely loved our stay here in the Swiss mountains. Could not ask for a more beautiful setting. While the road to the home is a touch narrow, the google maps directions took us directly there. I would recommend trying to get there in the daytime if possible, both for the views and the first time navigating the road. Once inside everything was pristine and perfectly decorated. The beds were comfortable and the space inviting with more than enough room for our family of 5 with older kids. Alexander was a kind and accommodating host with excellent communication and gave us some great recommendations on visiting Stockhorn (absolutely beautiful). If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay with Alexander.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht in Melvin und Cristina's schönem Chalet. Das Haus macht es einfach sich schnell einzuleben und hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Die Ausstattung mit Sauna und Jaccuzi haben wir sehr genossen und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

The highlight was the incredible boat ride they arranged on the lake—gliding across the turquoise waters surrounded by mountains was a memory we’ll cherish forever. Gabriella supported me in bringing my luggage to the room and let me use her kitchen with all of the cooking tools (spoons, ingredients, fruits, pots, cookers,...) The house and the room were decorated so beautifully and she really has a good taste! Every corner of the house and the garden in front of the room are very beautiful. There is a forest behind the house and a big blue lake in front of it. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and from there we can go to the Interlaken station. However, there was a disadvantage of the house that it was on the hill, so I had to bring two 20"-bags to go up the house T^T I nearly died of that =))) Generally speaking, I love the house and the experience I had here.

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

The stay in this fabulous chalet was just amazing. And we really enjoyed the relaxing sauna and fireplace evenings. The surrounding with the lake and the mountains is just stunning. The chalet itself is very well equipped with everything you need especially the kitchen. We totally recommend this chalet.

Absolutely beautiful studio in a lifetime memorable location. It was very easy to travel the area and return to the studio, all from public transit or walking. The bus station was four minutes easy walk from the studio will take you anywhere in the area. The clothes washer availability with soap, drying rack, and bed-mounted reading light were really helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Très bon séjour dans un petit mazot savoyard, environnement très paisible et très beau avec une vue magnifique, de belles promenades à proximité. Tout le nécessaire pour 2 personnes, avec petit balcon et table dans le jardin. Nous recommandons !

Definitely a place to stay on a vacation to Switzerland. Great views and great surrounding towns! The hosts were very responsive and informative.

Très bel environnement, entre le lac et un vraiment beau massif. Le chalet dispose d'un beau terrain, vaste, très agréable par beau temps. Quant au chalet en lui même, pas de surprise par rapport à l'annonce, si ce n'est que la chambre avec les 2 lits simples ne dispose pas de porte pleine. Elle est séparée du couloir par des battants, l'encadrement étant trop étroit pour y installer une porte. Cela ne nous a pas gêné, mais nous a surpris.
