Vacation rentals with beach access in Ventimiglia

Laura struck us as a genuinely friendly and sincere person, who wants to make sure her guests are comfortable. She even brought us some milk, as I did not have time to shop. The site is unusual, as it's in a old renovated grand hotel. The park around the apartments is huge and well-maintained. It's a walk to the center of town and the beach, which will be good for you after you eat Laura's snacks. Be sure not to stop at the first gate labelled with the address, as that is actually the pedestrian exit. The car entrance is further on down the road. Laura was off on the day we came, so she helped us find a parking spot and explained everything in person. There seem to be many parking spots available, though. The apartment decor was pretty.

Wow! What’s not to absolutely love about this apartment!? Absolutely fantastic location with an INCREDIBLE view. The apartment was nicely appointed and had a very bright, airy, contemporary vibe. Hanging out on the balcony was a sheer delight. The glazed windows do a great job keeping the noise out and the apartment was always very quiet. Lucas was very responsive and check in and checkout was very easy and straightforward. Lucas was very responsive to questions before and after checking in and sent recommendations for some great restaurants. You won’t be sorry - just book it if it’s available!!

The apartment is located just behind the beach and has a nice balcony. In the morning, you can only hear the sound of the sea. Sandra is always available and very committed to making sure her guests are doing well. There are many good restaurants on the promenade, you can do a lot in this area. We highly recommend the apartment.

Safe, clean and easy!! Constantine made it easy for us and helped me out when I struggled a bit getting to Aéroport! He is a 5 star host!!

Fabulous location that allows you to soak up the vibes of Nice. Easy access with all necessary amenities. Great people watching overlooking to bay from the balcony. Extremely walkable to Old Nice, beach, port and beyond.

We came 4 years ago with my wife and for this getaway with my son, the accommodation and hospitality of Thomas were again perfect. The apartment is luxurious and all you need to do is relax with its stunning views. A stone's throw from Monaco, it offers the pleasure of resting wonderfully after wandering through the fabulous Monegasque city or on the coastal path. Thomas' addresses are still great. Don't hesitate for a second.

Nico's place was just as described (small and immaculately formed) and good value. A pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the old town centre and Place Massena, and very quiet. Would certainly recommend.

This was the most beautiful place. It was outside of Nice, which was absolutely what we needed. The beach was beautiful and we spent all day there. We were able to come back to a beautiful apartment. It was clean, smelled amazing, and had great location. I will be back!

Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little home, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located close to the train station and the sea. Recommended.

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! Experience the most authentic rural life in South France.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you take a wrong turn to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is very clean and cozy.The Host's wife and husband are very kind people, and they will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two hunting dogs, I want to take them home ∠ (｀ω´*).

Nice cute perfect weekend place!

We had two great weeks in the small Casetta sul Mare. Marcello and Flora were very friendly and accommodating, pleasant hosts who had lots of good tips for things to do and restaurants in Imperia. The view from the place was unique, the cottage had everything we needed and the area around Imperia really has a lot to offer. The small garden with sea view was a beautiful resting place and it was not far to the beach. We would mist definitely visit again.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Perfect location right by the sea. Apartment well equipped with balcony, fridge, nice shower, etc. Small negative point: sofa bed not very comfortable, too little toilet paper.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.

Beautiful tidy and clean house in front of the beach and very close to the center and the underground parking. Giovanni was very helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend the location.
