Indulge in our wonderfully quietly located summerhouse. The house is the second to last house on a cul-de-sac. So only views and absolute silence. The well known Gendarm trail goes by down on the beach. Possibility of many wonderful walks & bike rides close to the summerhouse and on Broager land. Sønderborg and Gråsten are only 13 km away and the border 26 km. Bedroom in the house, and 2 pers. sofa bed in annex. There may be 2 more sleeping on the fold-out beds in the house if you can acc. it. p.s. Electricity consumption/briquettes are settled upon departure.

Spacious, beautiful and brand new cottage located 100 meters from child-friendly beach is rented out. Here are 3 bedrooms as well as loft, 2 bathrooms, utility room and large kitchen-living room . The house has a lovely living room with a loft for kip. Large wooden terrace around the house that allows to enjoy the view of the bay or in over the bridge land. The cottage area is located on Broager land in the bay between Broager and Sønderborg. The area offers beautiful walks along the gendarme path and castle and forest in Gråsten.

Right between Sønderborg and Gråsten (8 km) you will find this cozy apartment, with a private entrance (lockbox). The apartment contains, entrance hall, bathroom with shower, tea kitchen with dining area (there is a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle - no cooking possibility), living room and bedroom in the same room. In total, the apartment is about 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility to charge an electric car at OK barn stands 350 meters from the apartment.

Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

The house is centrally located in Asserball Forest near Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights of Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with and possibility for preparation for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be 350 DKK, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.
