Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Velsen-Zuid

A really nice and spacious apartment at 11th floor with good views of the city. The entire building is quite new with some of small quirks however nothing major (bad insulation of water pipes, slightly long waits for the elevator, only one water temperature at the toilet, and to weak ventilation in the bathroom that leaves the mirror steamy long after a bath). None of this should retract from the overall impression of a great apartment though. The apartment also have a great balcony where 2 people can easily sit and eat. There is a slight noise from some ventilation system out there however given the very central location it is very peaceful. Inside the apartment we did not hear any noise from the outside during our stay. The apartment is east facing and the rooms do become fairly light in the morning so if that disturbed your sleep bring a sleep mask. The location is close to the central station and with many restaurants close by. The is even a super market in the block.

Maurits is a very relaxed and welcoming host, and went out of his way to be helpful. Communication was friendly and very efficient. The spacious appartment (small bedroom but large, open sitting / dining area) is part of his family home and is within walking distance of the city centre, in a quiet, fairly boho neighbourhood, with lots of cafés, restaurants and vintage-type shops. Decorated in a stylish, slightly shabby-chic vibe, with tea & coffee provided, and fresh milk in the fridge - a nice touch!

The apartment is in a beautiful location with some wonderful restaurants and cafes close by. The apartment is very spacious and easy to get to other places via Naarden-Bussum rail station. Would definitely recommend.

Arjen’s apartment is simply amazing. The traditional Amsterdam house is superbly furnished and equipped. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city, but really quiet and peaceful. Arjen’s recommendations for restaurants and cafes were excellent. I can’t recommend the place more highly.

I had an amazing stay at this modern and well-equipped house. It has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house is very clean. The neighborhood is lovely, and the location is great—easily accessible to both Rotterdam and Gouda by bus. The host was very responsive and always available in case of any issues. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Rein and Carla were wonderful hosts. Their apartment in The Hague was just as advertised. We especially loved how central it was, the tram stop was close by and we also enjoyed exploring the city by foot. Carla was always very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We highly recommend their place!

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Communication and check-in worked out great. The house was sparkling clean and there was a little Easter surprise waiting for us. The house is very nicely decorated with very nice details. It's nicer than the pictures. It offered enough space for 2 adults and a teenager. We loved the bench in front of the house. We loved sitting in the sun with a coffee. The location is great. Just around the corner from the harbor, cafes, restaurants, bakery and supermarket are within walking distance.. A perfect starting point for excursions to the region. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again.

It was great! Very clean and tidy, also modernly equipped. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, there are no problems with communication or check-in/out. The Wi-Fi is not quite as good in the upper rooms, but that was no problem for us at all. Highly recommended!🤩

Klaas Jan was waiting for us when we arrived and his kindness and hospitality made us feel like we were in the right place for a few relaxed days. And that worked out all the way. This house is absolutely recommended! We greatly enjoyed this beautiful, stylish and well-kept place on the water. We didn't really lack anything. Delicious coffee, good wine, delicious, local cakes: everything was ready, we could grab and enjoy it. The house has a warm, stylish decor with lots of privacy; all facilities are available. Outside it is also nicely and cozily decorated, nice to be able to see the passing boats from the bedroom. Klaas Jan, thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

A True Home Away from Home This charming house was clean, cosy, full of character, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living room was comfortable and inviting. The modern shower room and underfloor heating added a touch of luxury. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Located in a good spot for exploring Amsterdam, it made getting around simple and convenient. Our host, Willem, was outstanding—warm, attentive, and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to provide useful information about local travel, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommended. We would love to return!

What a gorgeous, well appointed house. There was a supermarket nearby and bus stop to get into the centre of Haarlem which was beautiful and very interesting with so many things to see and do. Hosts were very welcoming, wine, waffles and chocolate on arrival! Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend break.

The apartment is very bright, clean, and close to the beach. It has all the necessary amenities for a family. For kids, many games and toys are available. Henk is a very responsive and helpful host. We recommend this apartment.

Nienke’s place was perfect for our week-long stay. She met us at check in and helped acclimate us to the space. They layout was great and very spacious. We loved walking to the metro which is right outside the apartment. Such a cute area and gorgeous views of canals and sunsets. Nienke is super sweet and always available to help. Fabulous communication and gracious host. We’d love to return someday!

Friendly and helpful hosts, lovely space, central location.

Hey, So, there were three of us in the accommodation and there was plenty of room. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to questions and helped. The property itself has a great location, right on the sea. In addition, it was very very nice and above all clean and well maintained. There was also no lack of privacy and the balcony also has a very good location, from where you can also look at the sea. For sunsets, the accommodation is also more than perfect. All in all, we are more than satisfied with our stay and would book the accommodation again at any time☀️

Absolutely loved our stay in this classic, beautiful home with a magnificent view of the Amstel River. There were 3 of us and this was so so much nicer and more economical than having to book 2 cramped hotel rooms. The tall ceilings and windows make this space so bright and airy. The place was spotless and the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. We could walk to everything we wanted to see within 1/2 hour or hop on a tram car. This was our first visit to Amsterdam and definitely want to come back and stay here again:)
