We were very pleased with our stay. Nice and clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Very good communication with the host Ivan who was very helpful. Fantastic view to the mountains from the balcony. We spent most of our time "at home" on the balcony.

It was fantastic house. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly, kind lady and she often took care of me. We can enjoy the beauty lake very easily. The supermarket is also very near to the house. I stayed 9days, but there was no inconvenience. Thank you so much to wonderful location.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

We stayed at Silvios Lodge for 3 nights at the Pyramidenkogel and were thrilled from the first moment. The location is fantastic, with views of the lake and juicy green nature as far as the eye can see. The rooms are very cozy and stylishly decorated and were very clean. There is everything you need in the apartments. The terrace is cozy with two loungers and behind the lodge you have your own beautiful well-kept meadow. A short hike of about 30 minutes up to the lookout tower at the Pyramidenkogel is highly recommended! Silvio was very personable, helpful and always easily accessible. The location was perfect as you were in Velden in 18 minutes and about 22 minutes in Klagenfurt to do something. A "secret tip" is Gerti's Strandbad in Keutschach, which is 3 minutes from the property by car. We will definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house near Lake Bled. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and shared recommendations for exploring the area. We also rented electric bikes from him, which was a great way to discover the surroundings. The house itself was very comfortable and well‑equipped — we especially enjoyed the grill, which was a nice addition for making dinner. The host also organized a rafting trip for us, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. All in all, this was the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would love to return!

A fantastic retreat surrounded by nature! The chalet is furnished with a lot of love for detail and exudes a wonderfully cozy atmosphere – we immediately felt comfortable. The sauna with the fantastic view is the perfect place to relax and was our highlight. We highly recommend the regional Carinthian noodles, which can be ordered directly from Teresa. The smoked trout is just as delicious! Despite rainy weather, we were able to slow down wonderfully, or because of it. The view of the foggy mountains was breathtaking. Teresa is a warm host – we will definitely be back! ❤️

The house has a secluded location and you have a sensational view from the terrace. Due to a large awning, you can also perfectly enjoy lingering there on sunny days. The kitchen and living area is open plan, also inviting, should the weather not make it possible to stay outside. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of dishes and cutlery, and we were happy to use the washing machine. All in one, a relaxed, quiet week in the beautiful house of Annelies.

I recommend this place. Close to Lake Bled but in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the bus station and supermarket. We spent 3 nights and we are very satisfied. The apartment is nice and clean.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Erika's beautiful apartment. It is situated in a very walkable location, close to everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is wonderfully appointed and is a lovely retreat to return too, at the end of each day. If we ever return to Lake Bled we would definitely love to stay again. We stayed at the villa with our one-year-old baby and absolutely loved everything: Slovenia, Lake Bled, and of course the villa itself. It’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The lake is just a pleasant 10-12 minute walk away through a charming neighborhood of cottages. We didn’t use the sauna as it was quite hot during our stay, but the jacuzzi in the evening after long walks was pure bliss. The villa had everything we needed for our baby: a high chair, a crib, and even a couple of toys. Miha is a fantastic host. He provided very detailed instructions about the villa, as well as incredibly helpful tips about local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place for a perfect getaway!

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!
