The apartment is a separate part of the landlord's private villa, so please stay here with respect for the house and surroundings. The landlord is happy to receive inquiries on dates other than those registered as available in the calendar :-)

The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. The house is closest to the water, on a dead end road with no steep slopes. Better location is hard to find. The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also has a utility room and a spacious patio where you can sit in shelter on the days when it blows. Here you enjoy life and relax completely. Welcome.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
