Amazing 3 bedroom townhouse in Torrevieja

This lovely townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is on 2 floors plus a roof terrace. On the 1st floor there is a living/dining room and kitchen, bathroom with shower and a laundry area. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Only 850 meters to the sea, close to supermarkets, shops, Habaneras and restaurants/bars. There is a bus stop close to the property, which takes you to the center of Torrevieja or to La Mata beach if you don't want to walk.

Lägenhet med stor balkong. Lägenheten har en fantstisk utsikt och ligger så pass nära havet att man kan höra vågorna. Här har du barnanpassad strand precis runt hörnet och flera andra stränder längs strandpromenaden. Intill lägenheten ligger en av Torreviejas bästa restauranger (Nautilus). Från lägenheten tar du dig smidigt till La Zenia för shopping eller in till Torrevieja för en kväll på tivolit. Gratis gatuparkering utanför. Det är installerat filter för dricksvatten. This beautiful penthouse is equipped with all the necessary comfort and has airconditioning in all rooms. The cherry on the cake is the solarium with a breathtaking view, an outdoor kitchen and dining and lounge area. From here you have a 270 degree view on the golf, the mountains and the villages around you. The communal swimming pool is a bonus. The apartment is suitable for 4 people (can be expanded to 5 or 6 via the sofa bed). A great place to relax, play golf or enjoy family trips!
