Vacation rentals with lake access in Västerbotten County

Nice remote location by a lake. We stayed right after Christmas until January 4th and had a lovely time in a warm cabin and had the luck of seeing the northern lights on new years eve. If you come in the winter times be prepared for ice, snow, minus -25 Celsius and also transportation problems because of the climate, it was an adventure for sure ;) The kitchen is well prepped with accessoires and stuff you wouldnt expect in an AirBnB. That for that. A few chairs and things needs to replaced because they are well used, we liked the overall rustique decorations and the look of the interiour. Not for the faint vegan hearted as there is quite some taxing taxidermy on the wall :D The communication with the owners was very good and acommodating and we are thinking about returning some time in the future, possibly trying out the summer up there :)

The house is as described in the pictures. The beautiful landscape and the traditional swedish house add to the experience of visiting Sweden to another level. We thank Sonja and her partner very much for their accomodation and friendliness. We very much recomend visiting this Airbnb.

Great stay in Lapland! The accommodation was perfect, the fireplace is a real plus! The morning view is beautiful! Richard is very responsive! We were able to enjoy the northern lights and Lulea is very close by car! If you want a real change of scenery and rest, the accommodation is perfect. 😊 I recommend it without hesitation! A lovely house in a nice quiet place. Comfortable and all you need is there. Bring your own bed sheets and towels or rent them. You can sit outside and walk in the forest by the river. Dog was allowed. Vännäs is 8 km away and fun to go to. Also for groceries. Kajsa is very friendly and her parents who live in the house opposite too.

Amazing place with a stunning view over the lake. The pictures do not really catch all the beauty of this location. Very friendly and welcoming host, greeting you upon arrival and available to resolve any issues during your stay. Short drive to Ö-vik and the national park. Spotlessly clean and very cozy house with all amenities you may need during your stay. I really enjoyed the stay at Lillemor’s house and will be happy to return again.

We had an amazing stay at Linnea’s beautiful home, which she cohosted with Oskar. Located on the peaceful outskirts of the charming town of Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, the house is perfectly positioned near the seaside, offering serene views of the water through its large windows. The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children especially loved the wide-screen TV and the variety of toys, which made their time here extra enjoyable. Linnea was a warm and attentive host, making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The stay was really clean and comfortable. We stayed here for one night. The photos were accurate. Great view from the dining area. We found all the necessary kitchen utensils. Comfortable beds. The only small minus was that we had to search for the place for a while because the apartment number was poorly displayed. Based on the photo, we finally found the right yard. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. There were only a few people in the area during our time, so at least we were able to be in peace. Rebecca responded quickly to the messages.

Practical small accommodation for two👍Everything you need was available👍 Impressed by the small (about 200 people) activities of the village such as 2 swimming pools (one for children) with free access in the summer 😮 as well as a small grocery store open daily 👍

We had a lovely stay at Olle's place. It is close to the ski slope, restaurant and grocery store, walking distance. Olle is a responsive host who cares about her guests. Happy to go back to Borgafjäll ⛷️🏔️

The Läkarvilla is a place with lots of character and it is equipped with everything you need when travelling the country. The beds are marvellous and the bedroom can easily be darkened in otherwise bright summer nights. Check-in was easy and communication with Karin and Tomas was very nice. Läkarvilla: definitely a good recommendation!

We‘ve had the best time at the cabin, going on snowshoe hikes and to the sauna, doing icefishing on the lake and simply relax and enjoy the beautiful views. There was enough space for our group of 8 friends. Per was helpful and easy to reach. We are already thinking about coming back!

Our stay in Sudok was very nice. Marianne has greeted us with nothing but joy and helpfulness. Even though the cabin itself is small, there have been no problems as you are out at other times during the day, and in the evening it still feels just right for some food and relaxation!

Fantastic cozy and nice cabin. Nicely decorated. Nice nature around. It was magically quiet on New Year's Eve without lots of fireworks. Amazing northern lights on New Year's Day. The host lives on the property where the cottage is located but never felt like we disturbed each other. The host is very helpful and nice to communicate with. Feel free to rent there again.

We had an amazing Easter holiday break in Marinca's cottage. They welcomed us in the home warmly, suggested local touristic activities. The house is simply beautiful kitchenware was quite complete for anything. There were too much snow at this time of the year, so hottub and sauna were so much fun! They work with wood fire; costing more effort to run but quite enjoying as it gives the old style feeling!

Marie and Thomas were great hosts and the house + location were wonderful! It is highly recommended and I would book it again and again. Pure relaxation.
