The house was clean, met our expectations, everything organized and clean. Marcelle responded quickly, I loved it, I would come back more often.

It was a pleasure to stay at Walquiria's place. The property accommodated us very well. In addition, the location is very practical for those who like to walk. The house is very close to Rua Torta, with good dining options just a few minutes' drive and easy access to the town centre. The neighborhood is totally residential and we feel very safe. Our stay was very quiet and Walquiria was helpful to our needs. We had an unforeseen event before our arrival and she was very understanding. That made a big difference. It is noteworthy that she was always very cordial and full of empathy. We missed the top sheets, as they only had those of elastic that serve to cover the mattresses. Vale rethink the supply of bath towels. But, we knew this wasn't included. Another detail is that on sunny days the house really gets very hot, even with the windows and doors open. Regardless, our stay was wonderful.

The stay was great! The host's reception was the best I've had on the platform to date. We arrived with fresh coffee and cake on the table.♥️ The house is very good and has a beautiful view! All necessary utensils available. The only bad thing is that there's nothing nearby. And it's far from the center of Miguel Pereira, which was my goal. But if it weren't for the distance, or if the person is going to rest, it will be a 100% perfect trip! I highly recommend it!

Our experience, both mine and my partner's, was simply wonderful. From the first contact, Sanderson proved to be an extremely polite, attentive and helpful host, always available to help us and concerned with ensuring that our stay was perfect. The place is a true haven. A simple space, but one that wins you over with its hospitality, impeccable organization and an atmosphere of peace that is difficult to describe. One of the great highlights is the waterfall that crosses the terrain, a spectacle of nature that makes the environment even more magical. Sleeping to the sound of running water and being able to enjoy moments of rest surrounded by nature was an experience we will not forget. We felt totally at home, with comfort, cleanliness and that pleasant feeling of well-being. Sanderson was impeccable in his hospitality.

Julia is a great host, responds quickly and was helpful. The house is very good if you want to rest with your family, barbecue and enjoy the pool. It was quite private and comfortable, especially for having air-conditioning in all the rooms, this was a differential for my reservation.

Everything is perfect. Sérgio is always very polite and responds immediately to questions and requests. We only spent one night, but the house is very cozy and clean, just like in the listing. It is very close to the center of Miguel Pereira. I highly recommend the stay. Would definitely come back

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

Quiet Local, large house as described on the listing. Cool outdoor area with court, soccer field, swimming pool and sauna. Kitchen with worn-out appliances, but catering. The house is old and needs some maintenance. But my family spent super pleasant days in this house, with lots of fun and joy. Improved points: repair the fence of the vollei court, upgrade the appliances, offer bedding and pillows ( even if optional).

The house is very large and extremely clean. It is in a high place and has a very beautiful view. If you're hosting in winter, bring some nice warm blankets! Carol and Roberta were very helpful. We hope to return at another time.

The place exceeded our expectations, we went with a group of 29 people and everyone was well accommodated. Great for a couples camp, as the rooms and cottages allow us to do so, the host attended us magnificently and the caretaker was always very helpful, we were very well attended.

The accommodation was excellent, we really felt at home, the house has an excellent space with everything very organized and clean, we like the external space very much, where our pets could play without problems in very well surrounded space, outside the place to be very quiet, see nature, listen to the sound of the wind at the end of the day, it was very relaxing for me and my wife, for those who like quiet places, it is an excellent choice!! On the inside the house is also very comfortable, having a good well-equipped kitchen, tv in the living room and in the bedroom, excellent bathroom with a hot shower!! I have nothing to complain about and we will definitely return at a new opportunity, the cities of Paty and Miguel are very interesting and yield good days of rest and enjoyment!! Marciele received us very well and made us very comfortable, in addition to having a memory that we like very much! It was a great holiday!

My family and I are in love with the little house. Everything is very clean and in excellent taste. Mr. Eduardo very kindly presented us with cheese and eggs from the region and a box of chocolates for the children. The house is charming. Spacious inside and the outside has the space needed to enjoy both sunny days and the fireplace at dusk. The care with the plants is a pleasure to see. What a cozy place, we didn't want to leave lol. We'll be back as soon as we can!

If you're looking for a place to rest and get closer to nature, Luiz's site is a good choice. I went with my family to spend the Easter period and it was very satisfying. No phone signal will reach you. But the internet is very good and it accounted for the need for work that accompanied me on this trip. The house has a beautiful and huge outdoor area. There are independent accesses to different points of the space. The fully equipped kitchens made it easy because we didn't go out to explore the region. The rooms are not large, but it wasn't something that got in the way. We were unable to use the pool due to low temperature. The place is perfect for those traveling with pets. My SRD loved. We only miss a TV in the bedroom area. There is only that of the dining room and for large groups, difficult to reconcile everyone's desire. In addition, we took two days of rain, and it was bad to have to ‘get out’ to have this leisure. And it is worth highlighting Márcia e Biro, extremely considerate and kind!

It was an amazing experience, Murilo is a 10, very special and that will surely remain in the memory. I already left wanting to come back! The Limoeiros site located in the middle of nature provides peace and privacy. A true harmonious refuge, which provides a unique experience. The carefully planned architecture combines modern comfort with a rustic charm, offering cozy and functional spaces that have met our needs. Every moment we spent turned into a valuable memory. Carlos thought very carefully about how to welcome the guests, with the homemade João as support note 10. Wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.

I loved the place! The house had everything, even a pressure cooker. It was clean, organized and very well decorated. Very cozy. We used all the rooms in the house. We left the car on the street and had no problems or fear. The barbecue is next to the pool and has a beautiful sunset. We spend more time at home than on the street because we like it so much. The space has gates for pets and a space just for them. It was very worth it!!!
