Very nice space, matches the advertisement. During the period we stayed, the CPA avenue was under construction, so it took a little longer to get there.

The host was very cordial and helpful from the time of booking. The space was clean and the condominium was very pleasant. The only points for improvement would be: update a photo of the kitchen because today there is no microwave and in the photo, and if possible include stools to eat at the counter. Today there is only a children's table and the sofa to sit. Not that this was announced, so it was in line. Although there is no microwave, the kitchen is well equipped, we made breakfast peacefully. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so if there is any difficulty in locomotion, but in our case it was not a problem. Overall, great value. The village served us very well, it would come back quietly. Congratulations to the host.

At the entrance, the host had already authorized our entry by the license plate and guest identification. The apartment is cozy, small, but very well furnished and decorated. Living room and two bedrooms that are very suitable for a couple with up to two children. Good water pressure, air conditioning in the bedrooms that cools the whole apartment and despite the heat of Cuiabá, the apartment is not hot, even during the day. The apartment has all the amenities, such as appliances, refrigerator, stove/oven, washing machine, microwave, etc. TV in the living room and in one of the rooms. Anyway, it was a very pleasant experience. Our hosting reference in Cuiabá.
