Ideally located 5 minutes from the center of Vallon Pont D'arc, shops and the river, to make the most of the various activities offered by Ardèche. The house has all the comforts necessary for pleasant moments for families or groups of friends. A large bright living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a covered and uncovered terrace with views of the vineyards and Ardèche mountains. The pool is private, its access is fully secure, and private parking.

The "pequélet" cottage in a charming hamlet, away from the crowds is ideally located to enjoy the various activities offered by Ardèche. This village house offers, on the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor, an equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant terrace that offers magnificent views of the hamlet. Our pool is available from June 8 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
