Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

We were hosted very well, the house is just beautiful, calm and tranquility are there. The house is tastefully decorated, the bedding and other amenities are of very good quality. There were all the necessary reception amenities, and the small arrival gifts are a plus that allows us to feel truly invited. The house was perfectly clean! This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.
