Renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas, Alella, is an idyllic spot. A short walking distance to town centre and 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The 30 acre estate has 3 swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, our own lake and direct access to the national park. The house is located on a plot of 800 square meters. It's a modern design house, very spacious, bright and comfortable. Located in a residential area (Urbanización Fontpineda) at the top of a small hill 10' from the village of Pallejá which is 20 km from Barcelona. It is preferable to have a private car. Pallejá has public train and bus transportation to Bcn. There is a bus that communicates with Pallejà approximately every hour. And less often over the weekend.
