The sofa with which it is equipped is 160cm x 200cm. If we go down the first floor (staircase), we will find a wonderful room with a double bed, views of the Hoz and en suite bathroom. One floor down (staircase), a spacious room, queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and Hoz view.
