Vacation rentals with a patio in Valencia

Wat een waanzinnig mooi appartement in een rustige buurt en toch dichtbij bij bars restaurants . Zeer goede ligging. Het appartement is zelfs mooier dan op de foto's weergegeven. Voorzien van alle faciliteiten , zeer vlotte en duidelijke communicatie.

Len is a very kind and helpful host. Our stay was perfect and the apartment was clean, comfortable and with a good position. Len was always available during our stay for any questions or advice. I highly recommend her!

El apartamento es un bajo. Muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Se comunica rápido en autobús con el centro viejo de la ciudad. Muy buena la distribución de la casa. Para ser un loft era bastante amplio y la terraza estupenda. Micaela estuvo fantástica en el check in y Diana también fue muy amable con la hora de salida. Totalmente recomendable.

El apartamento está en excelentes condiciones de equipamiento y mantenimiento, todo como lo dice el anuncio. Javier, el anfitrión que nos recibió explicó todo el funcionamiento de la casa, lugares de interés para visitar y lugares donde comer. En resumen, muy recomendable, sin duda regresaría

Perfect location, close to beach and public transport. There was a wedding a couple of streets away with lots of Spanish music while we were there. Husband likes craft beer so liked the local choice. Everything that you needed in the flat, comfy bed, air-conditioning, good shower and really nicely decorated. WiFi excellant. Outdoor space quite small but in 10 mins you can be at the beach so not an issue. Sunbeds etc at beach quite expensive so be prepared! The area is being upgraded and some lovely old buildings with beautiful tiling. Would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

Квартира очень удобная, невероятно красивый вид с террасы. Во всех комнатах очень просторно и уютно. Кухня студия светлая и стильна. Матрасы были удобными, никаких неприятных запахов или чего-то подобного. В кухне было все необходимое. И очень вкусный и ароматный кофе. Нас также угостили вином, это было очень приятно. Они создали онлайн как талон с интересными местами, пляжами, что также было очень удобно. С удовольствием вернусь, когда будет такая возможность.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Thank you Soni, we had a beautiful time at your place. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for peace and beautiful surroundings. I would say a car is essential if staying here. Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

Ha sido Ena experiencia increíble, la zona muy tranquila y segura, la propiedad cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar solo tienes que llevar comida, es inmensa ideal para ir con los niños, nuestro viaje de amigos contó con el lugar que necesitábamos para relajarnos, desconectar, compartir y descansar. La barbacoa está ubicada estratégicamente y muy cómoda para usarla. Sin duda alguna no 5 sino 10 estrellas. Seguro que volveremos

Hemos estado 4 días instalados en la casa, muy cómodos, repetiríamos sin duda. Alojamiento tranquilo y con todas las comodidades. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega es que los colchones de las camas individuales eran muy duros, no funcionaban los chorros del jacuzzi y pese a bajar las rendijas de los ventanales y cerrar las cortinas de las habitaciones, sigue entrando mucha luz y cuesta dormir. Esto no cambia lo bien que estuvimos, por eso damos 5⭐️.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase. Mike ist sehr zuvorkommend und ein wirklich guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Beim Empfang haben zwei köstliche Weine auf uns gewartet, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Sehr ruhige und private Lage. Alles sehr sauber und Getränke wurden kaltgestellt für unsere Ankunft. Etwas hellhörig, von daher Oropax einpacken, wenn man nachts geräuschempfindlich ist, da man wirklich die Leute über der Unterkunft sehr laut hört. Traumhaft schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Man hat alles was man braucht. Supermärkte mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen in Cullera. Auch schöne Strände sind nah. Kamera direkt auf den Pool gerichtet, fand ich etwas schwierig, dient jedoch denke ich nur der Sicherheit.

Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe waren viele Supermärkte und der wunderschöne Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Adam und Eddy war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist top und mein fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Unterkunft liegt ebenfalls nah an der U Bahn und das Stadtzentrum ist mit nur 2 Stationen zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Ein späterer Check Out war ebenfalls problemlos möglich. Nur zu Empfehlen!

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!

¡Una estancia maravillosa! Nuestra experiencia en esta casa ha sido simplemente perfecta. La vivienda está en un estado impecable, muy limpia, bien equipada y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Además, su ubicación es excelente: muy cerca de la playa y con fácil acceso al transporte público. Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido la dueña Patri: una persona increíblemente hospitalaria, amable y atenta. Nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento y puso a nuestra disposición muchísimas cosas para hacer nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. He viajado mucho y me he alojado en muchos lugares, pero sinceramente, nunca he tenido una anfitriona tan encantadora y dedicada. ¡Mil gracias por todo! Sin duda, la mejor anfitriona que he conocido.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt in super Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Umgebung ist familiär und entspannt, perfekt zum Erholen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Ausstattung: es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Strandstühle, Strandhandtücher und weiteres Equipment waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
