Vacation rentals with beach access in Valencia

Questa casa è più bella che nelle foto, ha una doppia esposizione sul mare con il terrazzo davanti e sulla città con il terrazzo dietro che danno alla casa un’atmosfera incredibile, la camera da letto principale è decisamente WOW, il tempo passato in casa è stato rilassante e tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, Ines ci ha fatto un’introduzione a cosa fare e cosa vedere molto accurata e ci ha permesso di godere a pieno dei giorni di vacanza, ci ha anche mandato una mail dettagliatissima con tutti i suggerimenti dei locali e consigli sui mezzi per spostarsi. La casa è a due minuti a piedi dal mare e dal lungomare dove ci sono ristoranti molto buoni, noi avevamo affittato una macchina e abbiamo goduto del mare pur spostandoci ogni giorno a València centro o Las Artes. Consiglio vivamente soprattutto a coppie o con figli di età media data la doppia camera e l’area tranquilla dove esplorare in autonomia!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hat mir alles in Ruhe erklärt, was mir den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos. Super Lage, ein kleiner Supermarkt der lange geöffnet ist, keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Strand ist fast vor der Haustür, was richtig super ist. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft völlig in Ordnung, wirklich wenig zu bemängeln - die Bettwäsche hat leider nicht wirklich frisch gewirkt. Das Einzige ist, dass der Kampfhund der Nachbarin einen mit aggressivem Gebelle empfängt und verabschiedet, was für Kinder vielleicht etwas einschüchternd sein kann.

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Daiana war sehr nett zu uns und hat schon vor dem Aufenthalt ein Dossier geschickt was sehr hilfreich war zum Beispiel für Busfahrten oder Taxi. Zudem antwortet sie sehr schnell und beantwortet auch fragen zur Umgebung und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Der Weg nach Valencia ist dank der Buslinie im Ort sehr gut und ohne umstiege. Die gut ausgestattete Küche kann man sehr gut nutzen um auch mal selber zu kochen. Die Lage am Strand is super man hört das Meer rauschen und kann schöne Spaziergänge an der Promenade machen. Im großen ganzen ist die Unterkunft perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen vielleicht mal wieder.😁☺️

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Vicente , mon mari et moi . Le logement est fidèle aux photos et Vicente est hyper réactif et très sympa. La propreté est au rendez-vous, et la maison est très bien équipée ( cuisine, salle de bain , machine à laver , sèche linge, …) La terrasse est un vrai plus même si nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter car nous avons préféré bronzer à la plage qui se situe à 10 min à pieds de la maison. Bref , si nous revenons à Valencia , nous retournerons chez Vicente sans hésitation 😊 Gracias Vicente por todo 😁

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Milena was very friendly and responded quickly all the time. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. Would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the host was super helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light and the balcony made a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The beach was just a few minutes walk, it was clean and not busy. A grocery store just around the corner made it super easy. There were limited restaurants and things to do in the area but only a 15-20 min drive into Valencia around €20 for an uber. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

El apartamento es precioso, las vistas al mar son increíbles, muy limpio. Con todo lujo de detalles. David encantador, disponible en todo momento, rápido a la hora de responder. La zona ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar del baño en el mar. Muy muy recomendable!😊

La estancia está todavía mejor de lo que se ve en las fotografías. Vistas increíbles y todas las comodidades a nuestro alcance. Además, María José es una excelente anfitriona. Nos informó de todo detalladamente y estuvo dispuesta para cualquier cuestión que nos surgiera.

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
