Overlooking the ocean, you will witness amazing sunsets and enjoy the sound of birds, waves & quietness of nature. The beach is at walking distance and the mountain allows you to do biking, hikes or walks. Nightlife is only a few minutes away. You can find affordable restaurants, bars and clubs. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay at this unique place. The best view on the Spondylus Route. Beautiful apartment of 3 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom). A strategic site of the Route of the Sun, 3 minutes from Ayangue, 10 minutes from Playa Rosada and 18 minutes from Montañita. The apartment has a living room and a full kitchen. Access to a beautiful and wide beach via a nice path. The social area and swimming pool are not available due to restrictions.

Very spacious and comfortable house. silence and birds. you see the sun rise in summer from bed. 600 mts from the beach, 1.5 km from Manglaralto and 4km from Montañita. Close to everything but no neighbors😎 There are 2 bicycles 1 cat lives here / but Andres - who works at home - feeds her, comes to water the plants and take out the trash . - you can also ask him for bottles of water.
