Excellent, very cozy house, it makes you breathe peace and tranquility

This was a very nice find - a two-storey cabana with a lovely upper terrace and a spectacular view of the Pacific. Even though located right at the through street along the coast, it was quiet at night. The interior of the cabin was in very good shape, with an excellent and large bathroom, nice kitchen and a little wood stove (if the temperature makes it necessary). Beds were good, and everything was well cleaned and properly kept. Parking right at the house was a plus, and we definitely enjoyed the company of the four little terriers and the large and very friendly shepherd mix. While we were a bit unfortunate with the weather (Feb 24th, and it was drizzling), the cabana made up for it, as it was large enough to spend some time indoors.

Our stay was amazing, the house is very conveniently located and in a very safe area, just like the photos and with everything you need for everyday life, it lacks nothing, it is very cozy and accessible. Daniela a 7! She responds quickly to any questions and needs. We had problems with the car just the day we were supposed to leave and she made it very easy for us to solve it. We would totally come back, not only for the house but also for the good service and helpfulness.

Mrs. Lili's service was excellent… we almost only used it to sleep since we always ate out… but it has everything for cooking. It has a slow-burning wood boiler and an electric one... that's to keep in mind for those who are very sensitive to the cold... otherwise it's more than fine! Good location and comfortable!

The cabin is very nice, quiet and pleasant. Just one drawback with the water pressure that during the day did not allow the water heater to turn on. We really liked the tiny house. We went with my partner and my 2 month old baby, and we were able to settle in perfectly. The house comes with everything you need for your stay and is tidy and clean. The service is loving, direct, and respectful. The space has trails to walk and the village is minutes away by car, where there are various activities to do. It's a perfect place to disconnect and get in touch with nature, absolutely recommended.

The house is beautiful, the area is quiet and with a nice view. The house comes with everything you need to feel comfortable, all the decor is well thought out and invites calm and rest. This apartment was perfect for our 3 nights in Valdivia. The location is in the heart if Isla Teja which is the best area to be if you want to be near things but not in the middle of the downtown. The place was clean, easy to access and Jacob was a great host!
