Welcoming garden with pool, sunbeds, and lounge group. The house has an approx. 55 m² living area, a spacious kitchen with access to the terrace, 3 bedrooms, each with 3 ensuite bathrooms. Air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms, otherwise fans. The view of the villa on Valbonne and the surrounding area is crowned by unforgettable sunsets! Dogs on request.
