Vacation rentals with a patio in Valbonne

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

We absolutely loved staying at Cyril’s beautiful apartment. We loved our evenings on the balcony and the location was excellent.

Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et propre. Il est très plaisant d'y passer du temps et de profiter du calme qui y règne. Les hôtes sont attentionnés tout en étant discrets. Je vous recommande ce logement 👍

Fantastic view from every room and excellent location in the village with gourmet restaurants, two boulangeries and a Wednesday market practically on the doorstep. The flat was light, airy and very clean. A great place for excursions to the coast, exceptional art galleries or the pre-Alpes mountains for walking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Location and responsive communication is what brings this to 5 stars (tempted to give it 4). Host was super responsive. The location is amazing. Right close to the water, only one floor up from a very lively street full of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Being that close you'd expect a loud apartment, but this place is located on the interior of the building with a window to a courtyard that is nice and quiet. Comfy bed. I wouldn't reccomend this place to people who want to spend a lot of time in their AirBnB. Our shower head wasn't working the best. Lack of water pressure. Bleach-stained dark towels, outlets that are outdated and worn to the point they would hardly hold an electrical accessory. I think the apartment could use a little TLC and re-investment. Just little things. But such a great location!

Comfortable apartment nice decor peaceful and quiet in the heart of the old town and Ideally situated for the beach the market and local amenities. 10 minute walking distance from Antibes station. I was greeted by Claudia who was very friendly and helpful.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Gorgeous house, big, but feels cozy. Lovely views, many seating areas outside. Kitchen is well stocked for at home cooking. The area is quiet and private, which is fantastic, as long as you have a car. As others have said, the driveway at the house is only for very small cars and excellent drivers, but we parked on the street, no issues. Upon arrival, we had a few plumbing issues, but they were taking care of immediately. All in all, a great stay and I fully recommend this house and the owners/property manager.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

Wir können die Unterkunft von Elisabeth und Clinton nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und die Größe ausreichend. Beide sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten und sprechen eine ganz klare Empfehlung aus! Danke nochmal.

We had a great time at Charlotte’s beautiful house. Nothing was too much trouble and she kindly provided a whole array of baby accessories such as a cot/ bath and high chair at our request! Air conditioning was in two of the bedrooms - ideally would have liked it in all but fans were provided. The house was stunning and clean and we loved using the outdoor court yards for each meal. The swimming pool was also a big hit. The owners recommended Auberge du Vieux chateau for my mother’s birthday meal and it was outstanding- in the local town of Cabris. A must. Hosts very approachable and accommodating! We would definitely recommend this house to others :)

Impeccable séjour passé chez Sandra. Le logement était agréable, au calme, bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter beaucoup d’endroits sans devoir faire trop de kilomètres. Sandra était disponible quand il le fallait et nous a bien conseillé.

This place is awesome! We were staying in Antibes for the first time with our three kids (four and under). Our flight was delayed and Peter was so kind to meet us super late at night. The location is great. Two mins walk from a swing-park and loads of restaurants but also a quiet street (not full of noisy bars/music etc). It’s got a lift, the travel cot had a proper mattress and the washing machine is so useful with three kids. The only downside is the building (not Peter) decides when to turn on the AC and thought 25-30 degrees in June isn’t hot enough! So coming from Scotland we were really struggling with the heat and Peter managed to get us a portable AC unit and some fans to make it a bit cooler. All in we would recommend staying here to anyone and hope we can visit ourselves again.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Exellent séjour de 3 mois dans le logement. Tout est conforme aux photos et descriptif. Le logement est très agréable avec sa terrasse vue parc. Emplacement idéal proche aussi bien d Antibes que de Juan-les-pins. Proximité des commerces , restos , transports en commun ,plages et balades. Le logement comprend tout ce qui est nécessaire. Azelma est une hôte très sympathique et très réactive en cas de demande d infos . Je recommande vivement cette location

Dominique und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Scheibe wurde in Nizza eingeschlagen und Dominique und seine Frau haben uns geholfen die Scheibe vorübergehend mit Pappe und einer Mülltüte abzudecken. Sie haben sogar noch probiert mir eine neue Scheibe zu besorgen, leider erfolglos, da sie bestellt werden müsste und das von der Zeit nicht mehr geklappt hätte. Da wir 10 Tage in der Unterkunft waren, hatte uns seine Frau sogar angeboten unsere Wäsche zu waschen. Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren wunderschön. Wenn wir nochmal runter fahren würden, würden wir die Unterkunft aufjedenfall nochmal nehmen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die beiden

L’appartement est vraiment très agréable. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La propreté est impeccable. Tout y est très confortable, et les shampoing et gels douches offerts par les hôtes sentent super bons ! Le petit balcon est également très chouette pour prendre l’apéro ou le petit déjeuner. Je recommande à 100 % :)

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Appartement sehr genossen. Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr gut und funktional ausgestattet, so dass man tatsächlich auch etwas aufwändiger selbst kochen kann. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt, so dass man dafür auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Ausflüge in die Städte und das Hinterland der Côte d’Azur zu unternehmen. Anne Christine und Daniel sind als Gastgeber äußerst nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und hatten gute Tipps für die Umgebung.
