A modern yet cozy apartment with a small well-kept garden and terrace, everything clean and well equipped. We had a relaxing week and were able to do great bike tours in the area in good weather. There are many small cheese dairies, green meadows, colorful wildflowers, steep climbs and beautiful views. The accommodation is definitely recommended, also due to the quiet yet central location! Pierre was easy to reach and very friendly.

Laura is a very responsive host and the accommodation is totally as advertised, To rent again for a new visit to Annecy!

Cricri and Mina are great host. The communication had been very smooth. The place is clean and convenient. It overlooks the lake from balcony and is also close to a lot of restaurants. We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The carpark is actually quite easy to access and has a lot of spaces. Nyon is a nice small town itself and the people here are definitely more friendly to the tourists than other areas of Switzerland. We may come back again. Thanks again to Criric and Mina for allowing us to stay at your place!

The Airbnb is very cozily furnished – you immediately feel welcome. It was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need to relax, feel good and cook. The idyllic surroundings invite you to enjoy nature and recharge your batteries.

Perfect stay in the pretty wooden studio, very well appointed by Eric and Maryse, who were very welcoming hosts and took the time to introduce the studio. A pleasure to start and end the day with birdsong, and a breathtaking view, while staying very close on foot to the city center. Thanks again for a great stay and this summer!

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, barbecue and swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the check-in time which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We were a group of 15 people who rented this new and very nice chalet for 2 nights. The communication with Donald and then also with Rudy (he makes the handover, etc.) was very good! The chalet is new and as shown in the pictures, the kitchen is very well equipped and the small lawn area can be used in summer. You have to provide a few extra documents (insurance, then security deposit), but this all went smoothly. Very nice chalet, we will be happy to come back!

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!
