Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Val-Cenis

Superb location in the middle of the old town. 1 minute walk from main canal, 2 mins to the best restaurants and bars, 3 mins from the lakeside. The host was always very responsive and so helpful!

Very responsive host, really nice apartment, well equipped, skis cupboard in basement and boot warmer in apartment. Good access to lobster pots gondola (few mins walk) and Express Gondola (5 mins walk). Nice restaurants nearby and all amenities walking distance or jump on one of the gondolas.

Anna's apartment was the perfect setting to spend 5 days together with my family and create beautiful memories. The balcony overlooking the valley and the garden were are favourite features of this place that is surrounded by woodlands. We woke up to the sound of songbirds, watched fireflies dance in the garden at night, went for walks in the nearby birch forest, enjoyed food bought at the village, and took time to soak it all in and appreciate this space. I can recommend this place to people that prefer calm and tranquillity over crowded touristy destinations.

We had a wonderful stay at Enrico's. Lovely apartment that is clean and spacious. Convenient parking and central Aosta valley location was especially appreciated.

Très bon séjour chez Roberta, grand jardin pour les chiens avec accès direct au lac. Logement cosy, on s’y sent presque comme à la maison. Roberta très sympathique et très disponible si besoin. La proximité avec le centre d’Annecy est un grand + Je recommande !

Siamo stati molto bene! L’appartamento è comodissimo per una coppia a livello di spazi. La terrazza è sicuramente il punto forte, siamo stati fuori un giorno intero a godercela! Punto un po’ più critico è il bagno, un po’ più piccolo delle altre stanze ma nulla di tragico. Il Wi-Fi tiene abbastanza per lavorare e avendo vari tavolini è comodo anche per coppie dove entrambi lavorano da remoto. Torneremmo volentieri! PS: Se siete amanti dei gatti sappiate che vi passerà a trovare in terrazza un simpatico micio nero e bianco ad orario pasto per reclamare un po’ di cibo 🐱

Séjour parfait. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Notre hôte était très arrangeant avec nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Au plaisir de revenir

Lovely place, practical and especially peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the old city but only 7mins away on a bike, 20mins walk. I would recommend without hesitation 🙂

Sto rientrando adesso dal mio soggiorno a S.Ambrogio nell' alloggio di Luciana. È stata una delle più belle esperienze della mia vita sia per l' atmosfera magica della Sacra di San Michele, dove si può arrivare a piedi lungo un percorso un po' impegnativo ma bellissimo, sia per l' estrema cortesia di Luciana. Fin dal momento della prenotazione si è dimostrata una persona squisita. Si è offerta di venirmi a prendere e riportare in stazione, mi ha dato tantissimi consigli e l' alloggio era pulitissimo , arredato con gusto e anche fresco in queste giornate torride. La cucina e la casa sono forniti di tutto ciò che può essere utile e cortesemente Luciana ha fatto trovare tisane e caffè. La ringrazio infinitamente e spero davvero di poter tornare. Non è da tutti offrire ai propri ospiti una esperienza di questa qualità.La consiglio a tutti.Grazie infinite!

Un véritable moment suspendu, une parenthèse de bonheur pour nous tous. C’est à contrecœur que nous vous avons remis les clés 😉 Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !

Maison au top, on a adoré notre séjour chez Eloïse. Conforme à la description! Nous avons été accueilli par Malo (le chat) très sociable et agréable! La maison était impeccable, très propre! Le budget est conséquent mais la maison propose un certain nombre de couchage et toute sorte d’activités pour occuper les petits et les plus grands!

Super séjour, Giuliana et son mari très accueillant un vrai plaisir de les avoir rencontré ! Appartement très fonctionnel avec une superbe vue dans un endroit très bien situé offrant multiples choix pour se promener. De plus nous ne parlions pas un mot d’italien mais heureusement Giuliana parle très bien le français. Nous recommandons alors ces hôtes et leur appartement !

Un'oasi di tranquillità immersa nella natura! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa baita, un piccolo angolo di paradiso circondato dalle montagne valdostane. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca pace e relax: la vista mozzafiato sulle valli circostanti ti lascia senza parole, e la sensazione di essere immersi nella natura è impareggiabile. La baita è accogliente e ben curata nei minimi dettagli. L'interno è rustico ma dotato di ogni comfort: una stufa che crea un'atmosfera calda e intima, una cucina ben attrezzata e camere da letto confortevoli. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il giardino super curato e con una vista wow. Anche la posizione è ottima per chi ama le attività all'aperto: ci sono diversi sentieri escursionistici nelle vicinanze, ideali per esplorare la natura della Valle d'Aosta. A pochi minuti di macchina si trova anche il centro di Aosta, con tutti i servizi necessari. L'host Nadir estremamente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a dare consigli :)

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans la maison de charme de Federica. Tout était cosy, chaleureux propre avec une superbe vue , sans oublier la balnéothérapie dans la chambre. Federica a été une hôte au top. Très attentionnée , à l’écoute et très réactive. Je recommande ❤️

Very friendly host, always answers quickly. Nice appartaments, very clean, quite spacious. Maybe could be more different dishes in the kitchen for example little bowls. I would suggest to put hangers in bathroom for clothes. Good wifi. Lots of books for children 🙂. Beautiful view through the windows and balcons to the mountains but you won't want to open the window because of the noise from the road :(. But inside it is ok, no noise. Parking is private just near the house, very comfortable place. Thank You 🙂

Great place. 10 min walk to gondola or 1 min walk to free shuttle to gondola if choose to wear ski boots. Very close to small grocery store and restaurants. Went for ski trip. Rented locker in Méribel to store all ski equipment and took the gondola 20-30 mins each morning. Beautiful scenery with trees and streams. Will stay at again.

Super séjour chez Maryline ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, confortable et bien situé. L’accueil était chaleureux et la communication facile. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage à aix les bains.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est propre, bien équipé, à proximité d'Annecy. La vue du balcon sur le lac est très belle ! Juste que l'appartement est parfait pour accueillir 4 personnes, et non 5, le canapé n'est pas à compter dans les couchages, ce n'est pas un canapé que l'on peut déplier en lit ou alors penser à emmener un matelas. Sinon tout est parfait !
