Vacation rentals with beach access in Vaca Key

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

What an amazing location and you can really tell the host has thoughtfully designed the Airbnb, making it an experience. Will be back!

When I say that this is the most perfect Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, I am not joking. Tina’s place is a gem in the upper Keys. Super close to John Pennekamp State park, good restaurants, and even better bars. I was able to show family who had never been to the Keys just how beautiful it truly is. Tina’s place drove that point home! I can’t wait until I have the chance to stay here again!

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

Perfect spot for a long weekend beach getaway! This was our first time visiting the Florida Keys, and we loved being right on the water with a small beach area to ourselves. The space was ideal for our group of friends, and the location was great—close to local bars and restaurants, some within walking distance or just a short drive away.

Danielle was a wonderful host, and her place was absolutely beautiful. Great location, and the biggest plus was that they offered convenient items on property for use at the beach, kayaking in the bay, and just clean fun while taking an easy day around the house. We had everything we needed plus more while there. I would certainly consider staying there my next trip to the keys. Marathon Key was my favorite, anyway. 10/10 recommend this property.

Loved our stay here at Zachary's place. The condo was stunning, and there was so much to enjoy nearby. Zachary was super responsive and helpful with everything, especially with trying to reserve a slip for our boat at the marina. Would absolutely stay here again and can't wait to.

If I could rate this stay a 20, I would. We came across the listing last June, after wanting to try something different on our annual trip to Marathon. It looked perfect for our family. What I didn’t expect when we arrived on April 16, 2025, was to be blown away. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is STUNNING. I felt like we were walking in/staying at a brand new house as the very first guests. The colors, the furnishings, the level of coziness brought to this luxury beach house was unmatched. The towels (bath and beach) were plush and soft. Pool speakers. The bar! I mean everything. The kitchen was stocked with what you need - high end gadgets, utensils that actually work, and every pot and pan (organized). Immaculately cleaned. And then the views. Holy guacamole. My dad parked himself on the main floor deck and didn’t move for seven days. Airbnb was right- RARE FIND. Amanda - you are the hostiest host in the world. Your communication was 💯. Perfect for our family of 5. Great outdoor area at the house for fishing and relaxing. The layout was great for us because of the separation from the master to the kitchen/living room…our baby could sleep and we didn’t have to worry about making noise and waking up the baby. KCB is in a great central location for exploring the Keys. We were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of restaurant’s nearby. The Cabana Club was crowded and has a small beach. Drinks there were good. I have nothing overly negative to say, other than that I wouldn’t look to stay in KCB or this property if you just want to hang at the pool and beach all day. But it was fine for a few easy afternoons between other activities in the area. We highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. Plenty of room for all the family and their families. We enjoyed all the backyard amenities with pool, kyacks, boat dockage and fish cleaning station. There was sufficient seating for everyone and a great area to hangout. The only things we struggled with was TVs didn’t work properly in some of the rooms, no washcloths or kitchen towels available. With that being said, we will definitely consider renting Ryan’s place again in the future!

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

This home is even more than the pictures show! It is an extraordinary home for people who love the sun, shade, beach, and the beautiful home just makes it a luxurious vacation. I could not find one aspect I didn’t love.❤️

We had a great stay at Loretta’s place. The location offered a good jumping off point to explore the keys. The beach nearby along with canal access and kayaks was a huge plus. The garden area was nice though the mosquitos were intense. The place accommodated our group of 7 ppl well and everything was clean and well furnished. Overall, the place worked great for our group and we’d stay again!

Great peaceful place to stay. We saw manatees, tarpon and many other species in the canal. Also had some short visits from different types of lizards and iguanas. The pool and hot tub were amazing everyone in our group enjoyed them. The dock was a great place to keep our rental boat. I would 100% come back.

The place was perfect. The patio views were amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The marina across the street was very convenient to launch our boat from. Very peaceful location. Angler and ale restaurant across the street was delicious

The place was as described. Check in was easy and Desy even allowed us to check in a bit early due to my son having a fever. The linens and accommodations were clean and the condo set up was very nicely. The property is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the area that sold food and drinks by the pool. This was a nice place to unwind after being on the water fishing for 6-8 hours. Very comfortable, private, and peaceful.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. Condo was VERY clean. It had everything we needed. Good location to get to many other places. We took a lot of day trips and excursions. It turns out, my kids liked our time at the community pool the best! Thanks for the memories. The only downfall was the mosquitos were terrible at night. Bring bug spray. Obviously not the owners fault. We had a great stay for 5 people and would come back again! Thank you.

Kimberly’s condo was the perfect home base for exploring the upper keys. We enjoyed the views, the well equipped kitchen, and the pool!

This is a top notch airbnb. Excellent communication from the host, extremely clean, well stocked condo, generous supplies beautiful decor. We stayed 8 days in the condo and felt right at home. Loved the large pool. We caught many fish and cooked at the condo all but 2 evenings and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Really appreciated the assortment of coolers provided for day trips. Thank you again, John!

This was a great place to stay in Tavanier! Very close to Key Largo and a short drive to all the charters and activities in Islmarada. Very roomy condo with every at home convenience. Great community pool that had food and drinks available on site from Island Grill. Will definitely consider staying here again. Also.....our host "Largo" was great to deal with. Nice, Friendly, and quick to answer any questions. My boys and I had a wonderful stay!

This condo is perfection! Close to the pool and private beach. Amazing views too! We felt right at home when we walked in. Highly recommend this place for 2 couples or a family looking for the perfect Keys getaway. Nicole was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. 10/10!!
