Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Uzbekistan

Anwar is always willing to help. Whenever we text him he always responds quickly:) The house is well furnished. We were really surprised by the kitchen supplies, including the coffee machine!! There’s also a store nearby, and it’s convenient to get some basic necessities. Although it’s not in the very center of the city, taking taxis to sightseeing spots is convenient. Strongly recommend for group travelers!

Давлат - невероятно приветливый и гостеприимный хозяин. Мы приехали,когда погода была холодной и он сам предложил нас встретить. Дом и территория вокруг - очень ухоженные, аутентичные. Мне бы хотелось вернуться сюда еще и порекомендовать это место всем,кто едете в Самарканд и мечтает об уединенном месте невдалеке от исторических частей города

Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz ne varsa, eve giriş yaptığınızda aynı görüntüyle karşılaşıyorsunuz. Ev ile ilgilenen mükemmel bir çalışan her durumda sizin yardımınıza hemen koşuyor. Günlük olarak ihtiyaçlarınız soruyor. Bu benim için çok önemliydi. Evdeki olanaklar 5 yıldızlı otel konforundaydı. Tavsiye edilir. Tek problem sıcak suyun bazen olup bazen olmamamasıydı.😀

Absolutely perfect stay! The house was impeccably clean, quiet, and ideally located—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Communication with the host was smooth, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish. Every detail felt carefully considered, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

très bon appartement pour un séjour en famille. surayyo et Lena ont été super réactives t très sympathiques de nous avoir accueilli avant le chek-in. avec la fatigue du voyage, c'était très appréciable . néanmoins les frais d'enregistrement touristique (Lena facture le service 30$+ coût d'enregistrement) devrait être en inclusion dans le prix car il est impossible de le faire soi même. en effet il faut les documents de l appartement et la présence obligatoire du propriétaire ou de son représentant. j'ai fait 3 autres réservations en ouzbekistan et je n ai pas payé de service supplémentaire pour cela. sinon l appartement est top. merci encore à Lena et surayyo

We had a wonderful stay at Elbek and Lilya’s apartment. They were incredibly friendly and understanding of our needs throughout our visit. The apartment itself is cozy and beautifully decorated in soft pastel tones, making us feel completely at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully arranged ,from a fully equipped kitchen to small welcoming touches like fresh fruits and nuts. Our child especially loved the toys that were available, which made our stay even more comfortable. What we truly appreciated was their kindness and flexibility. Our flight was late at night, and when we requested a late checkout, they didn’t hesitate at all and graciously allowed us to stay longer. It really made a big difference for us. I highly recommend this place without a second thought. A perfect home away from home with the most caring hosts!

Loved the plants inside and gorgeous greenery outside, from all windows. Pros: - Host accommodates - we had to extend stay because my husband felt sick and the host was super understanding and helped us extend the stay until he recovered - Location - close to the airport and a metro station - Food scene - nice restaurants and a local bazaar nearby - Calm neighborhood Cons: - 4th floor without elevator, good workout but can get tricky if you have heavy luggage - Learned that after 10pm walking outside can get dangerous in this area, especially for girls and alone

Beautiful apartment in Toshkent! Really enjoyed the interior of the apartment, and felt really comfortable during our stay. The location is very central with several restaurants a short walk away.

Отличная квартира, все в идеальном состоянии. Все чистое, нет запахов, очень красивая квартира и двор. Единственное, под окном стройка, но если закрыть окна, ничего не слышно. Мне очень понравилось, в следующих поездках в Ташкент с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь

Excellent stay. The host was very professional, and responsive. We booked far in advance and everything went smoothly, from check-in to check out. The apartment is new, modern, clean, and spacious for 2 people. There’s a grocery shop near by if you need, otherwise taxis are incredibly cheap in Uzbekistan so you can go anywhere from there, quite easily. Overall great value. Be sure to try local cuisine.

Квартира-студия оказалась достаточно удобной для моего в Ташкенте. Чисто, светло и есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Расположение немного удалено от центра, но рядом есть остановка общественного транспорта, рынок и магазины, что очень удобно. В целом квартира соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Хозяйка Хуррият быстро отвечала на сообщения и предоставила чёткие инструкции по самостоятельному заселению Заезд и выезд прошли без проблем. Рекомендую это жильё для тех, кто не против жить немного вдали от центра города и предпочитает спокойный район.

Отличный вариант для проживания в Ташкенте. Квартира чистая и уютная. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, на airbnb сложно найти что-то более центральное. В квартире есть все необходимое, даже бойлер в ванной (если воду отключат, не заметите). В душе отличный напор воды. Алина очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Из небольших недочетов, которые нужно иметь в виду - интернет быстрый, но ненадежный (Алина в курсе и занимается проблемой) + в соседнем ресторане до 22 играет громкая музыка. Если для вас это не критично, в остальном - прекрасные апартаменты! Спасибо!

Overall, I had a good stay. The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the park and a few great cafes. The host is responsive and reliable, and his brother even gave me a lift in his car when I’ve checked out. Thanks 🙏

Alya is great host. She is very conscientious and ensures that her guests feel at home. She was very helpful with the registration process which was essential for me since I stayed in Tashkent for a significant period. The facilities and all the amenities were excellent. Yunusobod has its own charm and the location is surrounded by small independent stores, street food vendors, restaurant, fresh non, and chain supermarkets as well. The metro station is just 5 mins. Thanks for a great stay.

Axis and her English speaking daughter Ozoda are wonderful hosts. Ozoda picked us up at the train station, gave us helpful information on restaurants and paid for ride back to the train station. The pair were great communicators and showed true Uzbek hospitality. The renovated, spacious,sparkling clean apartment is located just off one the main thoroughfares of Samarkand. Located in the university area, it is a pleasant walk along the park like boulevard lined with spectacular towering trees to the Registan and other sites. The apartment has a new 70 inch Smart tv, great for sports after a busy day of site seeing. I highly recommend Aziza’s place for luxury comfort, location and great value.
