Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

Directly outside the cottage, there are opportunities for biking, hiking or running. For those interested in golf, it is 4 km to Torsby's golf course. In winter, there are great opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

The cottage is located with a lake view of the lake velen with only 10 minutes from Torsby city center. Some amusements located nearby are Hovfjället with ski resort and snowmobile trails, Torsby ski tunnel with cross-country skiing all year round. If you enjoy hiking, a trip up to Skallastugan is recommended up on the mountain, to see the beautiful nature. With the beachfront location to Lake Velen, there are nice opportunities for both fishing and swimming. Boat available to hire.

Walking distance to the swimming area Tuva in Fryken. 10 minutes by car to Torsby Skidtunnel and Valberget's ski stadium and about the same distance to Björnevi sports ground. Torsby 9-hole golf course is just 5 minutes away by car. Slalombacks in Hovfjället 25 km and Branäs 70 km. There is plenty of fishing water and nice forests nearby.
