Vacation rentals with a patio in Ústí nad Labem Region

We had an amazing 4 nights stay at Kristyna’s Airbnb. It was comfy, clean and have everything you need. Kristyna is always responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends for this stay!

The apartment we rented was perfect for our stay in Prague. The electronic key system works well for getting in when you arrive. There is a electronic system for gaining access to the apartment for the first time which was easy to use and eliminated the need to arrange a time to meet the owner on arrival which we found convenient and easy to understand. It was also helpful when we checked out and realized one bag had been left in the room with the keys! We were able to regain entry and grab the bag and go. The apartment is also located close to the metro station, restaurants, some sites and is in a comfortable area for walking. I would definitely rent this apartment again if we were visiting Prague.

We had 3-nights stay at Zuzi’s apartments recently. The flat is clean and bright, good furniture and equipment. Good location, it was easy to get to the city centre

Awesome location! Could walk everywhere just from the Airbnb. Felt just like home! Comfy beds, pristine and large bathrooms. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Answered all of our questions! Was accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late had a lovely balcony facing a quiet courtyard.

We were delighted with our host and our accommodation. Mark, our host, was there to greet us upon arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Mark was excellent in communicating before and during our visit, and was very helpful in suggestions for local restaurants and places to visit. Our accommodation was lovely, very clean and fully fitted with all that we needed, towels, wifi, Espresso machine and even an umbrella - perfect! We had the most wonderful visit to Prague, made all the more special with our accommodation. We send our sincere thanks to Mark and will certainly be booking with him again. We highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The location is absolutely perfect- conveniently close to key attractions and amenities, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a restful retreat. Overall, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend. Stepan and Karolina are wonderful hosts. We will be back! Thank you for everything!

This was a beautiful and relaxing place to kick back for 4 days. That said, we did drive to cities (eg dresden Germany) but loved being in a quiet country estate. Convenient, all the amenities, coffee pods, etc.

Krásná moderní chatička, přesně jako ma fotkách. Super využit každý centimetr místa. Chatka je menší ale opravdu logicky je promyšlen každý detail. Hezká velká zahrada využitelná zpředu i vzadu. Luxus čistá koupelna. Sauna báječná. Hostitel vždy reagoval na dotazy ihned. My i naši pejsci jsme to tu moc užili. Určitě se vrátíme a doporučíme širší rodině :-)) více takových ubytování 🌻

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Alles war genau wie beschrieben – gemütlich, sehr sauber und einfach, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Kaminofen hat am Abend für wohlige Wärme und eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Zentralheizung wäre auf Wunsch ebenfalls verfügbar gewesen, aber wir haben sie gar nicht benötigt. Das in früheren Bewertungen erwähnte Problem mit der Dusche scheint inzwischen behoben zu sein – bei uns hat das Duschen problemlos funktioniert, mit konstant angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Auch die kleine Küche mit dem 2-Plattenherd war, wie beschrieben, für einfache Gerichte absolut ausreichend. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig – das Seebad war noch nicht in Betrieb, was zur entspannten Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Zrekonstruovaná chalupa na velmi klidném místě, s krásným výhledem na Vlčí horu. Samoobslužný proces ubytování, je zde kódovaná schránka na klíče. Parkovací místo, dostupné po polní cestě, je umístěno v kopci nad chalupou, lze najít bez větších problémů dle zaslaných instrukcí. V patře je prostorná ložnice, přístupná po schodech bez zábradlí, povlečení bylo k dispozici. Z postele je úžasný pohled do okolní krajiny z velkého okna. V koupelně se sprchou je podlahové vytápění, jsou k dispozici ručníky, fén i mýdlo. V kuchyni je základní vybavení, kávovar na kapsle (byly k dispozici), french press, varná konvice, topinkovač, není tu trouba. Komunikace s hostiteli byla výborná, po příjezdu na nás čekal milý dárek. Pobyt jsme si opravdu užili i s naším psem. Doporučuji.

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Ort, von dem man gut los wandern kann und es gibt kleine feine Restaurants zum günstigen Preis. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und es war durch das eingezäunte Grundstück ideal mit Hund. Kommen gerne wieder.

We hebben 3 hele fijne dagen gehad in het leuke huisje van Matĕj. Het huis was schoon, ruim, heeft goede bedden en schoon beddegoed. De tuin is gezellig en privé met een fijne nieuwe tuinset met kussens. Het is er rustig, alleen af en toe wat blaffende honden. Vanuit huis loop je zo het bos in en we hebben met onze hond prachtigee wandelingen gemaakt.

Pan Milan a jeho žena jsou opravdu milí, přátelští lidé. Byli jsme vřele přivítáni i s naší čtyřnohou posádkou. Objekt je celý oplocený, takže mohla bez problému běhat, kde chtěla😊

Perfect location, walking distance of main tourist areas but far enough away to be peaceful at night! Terrace space was amazing especially with nice weather! Kitchen area and bedroom area were bigger than expected and very clean! Bathroom was small but perfect space for two people! Stairs up are hard but well worth it for the space and location you get with this property! Check in and out very easy and all amenities available were great! Would stay again!

Veldig fin, ren og ryddig leilighet. Hadde det vi trengte for 4 dagers tur til Praha. Fin beliggenhet, rett i nærheten av restauranter og shoppinggate. Ikke for langt unna gamlebyen. Terrasse fra soverommet med sol på morningen/formiddag/tidlig ettermiddag. Mot rolig bakgård. Utsikt mot katedralen og borgen fra takvinduet. Lett inn-/utsjekk med kodelås. Anbefales og jeg/vi ville bodd her igjen.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt :) Honza hat uns persönlich eingecheckt und und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles super!

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment! It was spotlessly clean on arrival and check in was a breeze. Jan & Sarah were kind enough to let us check in early when we had an early flight which was incredibly helpful. The bed was super comfy & balcony was the icing on the cake. Location was great, with most of Prague’s main attractions within a very walkable distance or easily accessed by cheap and very regular public transport. Would 100% recommend!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Zuzanas Wohnung sehr genossen! Total ruhig, sehr bequeme Betten, wunderbar sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet! Dazu kommt man mit den nahen Tramlinien sehr schnell ins Zentrum. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt und wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Zuzana war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war eine Freude, mit ihr zu kommunizieren. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Дуже хороший господар. Швидко відповідав на всі запитання. Помешкання з чудовим паркомісцем в підземному паркінгу, це дуже важливо було для нас. Апартаменти розташовані дуже близько до станції метро, та трамваю. Поруч багато кафешок та два супермаркити lidl, billa.

Our stay at Lenka place was amazing, it’s very centrally located and has everything you need.
