We had a very disappointing experience with this rental. The house was extremely dirty upon arrival — the sheets, fitted covers, and bedding were full of dog hair, and the floors left our feet black if we walked without shoes. I even showed the host the sheets with pet hair, but nothing was done. I had to wash everything myself, which is unacceptable.
On top of that, the host was completely unreasonable with the keys. She only provided us with one set, which we are certain ended up inside the property since the house was not properly cleaned. Still, she forced us to pay $350 for lock replacement, even though nothing was actually damaged.
Overall, this host was unreasonable, irresponsible and unhygienic. The property was far from the basic standards of cleanliness or professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
