Was the perfect Basecamp for our stay in Kyoto! Close to the subway (Shichijo Station), making it easy to access the Gion district, Fushimi Inari, and Nishiki Market. The home was clean, spacious, and cozy! The hosts were also very responsive and quick to address any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The location was very convenient and away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic parts of Kyoto. I also enjoyed running along the popular Nijō Castle running route in the evenings. The air conditioning worked great and we slept very well on the thick futons. Highly recommend!

This place had the essence of traditional Kyoto with a modern touch. Perfect location as it was away from the city center. Really enjoyed the closeness of fine cafes, bakeries and of course the quiet walk along the philosophers path. My favorite would be the Shinsho temple near by, which has a view of the surrounding area. We did not cook much but there was the basic you needed.
All in all it was a great place to experience Kyoto for the first time!

Lovely modern and clean Airbnb in a quiet neighborhood close to Kyoto station and just a short taxi ride to the heart of the action. Plenty of space, and check in was a breeze. Host was a fast communicator. My only request would be that they had more than 2 small towels and 1 pillow for each bed. Otherwise the stay was perfect!
