I arrived late because of traffic and missed some of the session but what I experienced was wonderful - mainly because of Gisela’s warm and empathetic nature. Some is challenging for a beginner but it’s inclusive and uplifting. I am returning to try more. Great setting in the Parque Sur. Thank you Gisela!

Gisela leads this gentle practice with a welcoming and uplifting spirit. It was lovely to be in the park and enjoy the sun and the greenery during class. Friendly atmosphere. Appropriate for all levels. Definitely recommended.
