A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is less than 20 minutes away, the house is less than 20 minutes' drive away. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice paths and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

Cozy accommodation with lake views in scenic area . The house is partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to the sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. In the house there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Fina skogsstigar direkt från stugan tar dig längst älvkvanten till badplats, motionsspår, lekpark, fotbollsplan och tennisplan.

Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

The apartment has two bedrooms where there are two 120 cm beds in one bedroom and in the other bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are available. The central town is just over a kilometer away, about a quarter of a walk.

I have been in the house for almost three months and I was like staying at my home , location and host excellent

The place and the host were very good! Easy to communicate and responded quickly to questions. Slightly worn kitchen utensils like knives and frying pan, otherwise good with equipment. The only thing missing was a coffee maker :) Would highly recommend!

Our stay in Ladan exceeded our expectations, not only because everything you could need was there (from a waffle iron to a hammock). Many of the pictures give you something to dream about, but once you have experienced the lake, the sauna and the lovely atmosphere in and around Ladan, you notice that someone has thought about what contributed to satisfaction and relaxation. Malin and David have put a lot of thought into it and that makes it even more valuable. On top of that, the two of them have a feeling for how you travel on holiday, what or which tips you might need and they will take every idea with them or even develop it further! We will be drawing on the mixture of peace, adventure and interpersonal relationships for a long time to come and wish everyone a holiday like this! Thank you very much for this opportunity! This is the second year we are in this delightful place. This year, like last year, we've had a wonderful stay. The house in a location is absolutely perfect, fit close to the city and right by the river where the amenities with jetty and opportunities for swimming are perfect. With sauna available, it's great in combination with swimming in the river. All in all a uniquely nice place to rent and vacation in, a nice house with all facilities. We would love to come back if that presents the opportunity to do so. Thank you for a great vacation in a nice place that meets expectations, and then some 😊
