For 4 persons, the apartment is designed, 2 persons can additionally sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch (a total of 6 people). The apartment is newly designed: kitchen-living room with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station(Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about a 5-minute walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank about 2-3 minutes walk, supermarket about a 10-minute walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

Loft in the country house 360 degrees

The loft in the country house 360 degrees has an all-round view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one looks over meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other looks over our swimming pond on meadow and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, kitchen and dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and a ski lift in the immediate vicinity.

Enjoy your vacation on 90 square meters of living space right in the heart of the beautiful Allgäu near Center Parcs. Forget your worries in this spacious, sunny and serene space! In addition to the fully equipped, newly renovated apartment, you can relax on the sunny terrace with a large garden. Downtown can be reached in 15 minutes by foot, and the outdoor pool in 10 minutes. In the summer months (May - Sep.) a pool with solar shower is available.

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon blends harmoniously with the convenience of being able to use both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. Freshly renovated apartment with 32 square meters in the basement. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults with up to 2 children. LEGOLAND Germany can be reached in a few minutes via the nearby A8 highway. The beautiful city center of Günzburg is just as quick by car or by bike. The rear garden area with pool and small seating area is available for use. Check-in can be made straightforward and contactless thanks to a key safe.

Missen-Wilhams is a perfect starting point for all hikers, cyclists, skiers, cross-country skiers, as you have everything right at your doorstep. After your leisure activities, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and sauna, have a cozy glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar with locals and other holiday guests in a sociable atmosphere. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Welcome to our spacious apartment Kaminstube on the ground floor! On a spacious 120 m², you can expect a cozy ambiance with two bedrooms for 2-3 people each. The 50 sqm living room has a fireplace and can accommodate another extra bed. From here you can access the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. Pool & sauna are included!
