The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

This apartment is located in Zirl in a very quiet yet central location and is therefore perfect for families & couples who like to go hiking or skiing or for sightseeing. In addition, pets are welcome 🐾 ❤️with us. Innsbruck, Seefeld and Oberperfuss can be reached in only 15 minutes, Kühtai and the Axamer Lizum in half an hour. Zirl has an excellent bus connection to Innsbruck - the bus stop is about 100m from the property.
