House vacation rentals in University

Ari's home was great. We used it for a business trip and it was conveniently located to many restaurants and close to the international airport. The area was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the scenary and also looking at the wildlife behind the home in the canal. The pool table and dart board were great. Food delivers were quick and easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Like some say, don't judge a book by its cover. The neighborhood is a little outdated, but very peaceful and quiet. Vanessa was a great host! Very responsive and she had clear instructions on her listing. The ambiance, cleanliness, peacefulness of her listing was spot on. Master king bed was so comfy; might be more comfy than my own bed! I appreciated Vanessa for leaving laundry detergent for my family and I to do laundry during our stay. And also for leaving a new sponge and dish soap in the kitchen. I would like to mention that the security at the pool does check your ID, so don't forget your ID when utilizing the neighborhood pool. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend :-)

By far the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood and was absolutely gorgeous. Our host was amazing. He was friendly and always checked in on us. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean and felt like home to us. The outside backyard pool area was such a vibe. My kids loved the pool. We bbq’d and enjoyed every single minute we had there. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun family vacation getaway!!!

Great spot for a nice long weekend stay! Very close to USF and Busch gardens. Great pool, beautiful kitchen and the cigar box decor was so cool and leans into the ybor cigar city vibe! Easy check in, lovely outdoor area, and a fun game room!

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. Pleasant stay at Eduardo's place. Very clean, comfortable & well-stocked. The reclining couch was an awesome bonus to be able to relax since we had a lot of down time on our hands. Thank you. :)

I highly recommend this place to stay. Everything inside the house was clean, matched the description, we had everything that we needed for making food, the AC and TV worked well, we didn't have any issues while staying there, and we left just with good impressions. Thank you for hosting us!

This was an amazing little get away, and even though the property is shared space, we hardly saw others and it felt very private.Kristin was a very attentive host and helped us with our needs during the stay. Absolutely beautiful views of the river and a very comfortable unit, recommended!

Wai's place was comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. The backyard was great and the neighborhood mostly quiet. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Tampa for an extended period of time.

I stayed just for 2 nights because I was going to Busch Gardens for 1 day. It was the perfect location. It was actually cheaper to take an uber than and back than pay for parking! The room was perfect and had everything I needed for my little trip. Everything was clean and I was impressed with how quick the host replied and promptly helped me with one minor issue I had. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back.

Very quiet residence with beautiful yard and trees. Plenty of parking. As described in add. Both exits out of neighborhood close to some good eateries. Great Stay!

Jessica is exceptional. She is so kind. Our stay was perfect because of her attentiveness and how cool this house is. If you like boring cookie cutter kinds of homes this is not the place for you. If you appreciate beautiful nature, comfortable beds, and an outstanding host you have found the right place!

José place was just like the photos provided roomy and clean. designated parking private entry felt safe and secured. Neighborhood is very quite felt like home away from home. Will definitely visit tampa again soon and will definitely book José,s place again!!! 10/10 I definitely would recommend! Also the location was up the street from Bush Gardens and 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa and 18-20 minute drive to the airport

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside, it’s extremely nice. There’s a pool and you can fish off the back of the property into the lake, so if you love fishing, it’s a great spot for you. The hosts were incredible and communicated very well at all times. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this host or their home. Two thumbs up

My lady and I had an amazing stay! We absolutely loved how the space was sectioned off from the main house, giving us plenty of privacy. Everything was spotless, and the little touches—like the water bottles available—were so thoughtful. But the highlight for us was the bathroom! If you shower with your partner, the two-way showerhead is a game changer, and the his-and-hers sink was the perfect finishing touch. The area itself is quiet and peaceful, making for a truly relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay!
