The entire place was clean, beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was great with a park and a even a few restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. It was the perfect place for our family and a great launching point for family adventures at places like Grant's Farm and the Magic House. Easy access to grocery stores and plenty of other restaurants and parks as well.

The neighborhood was nice and safe with cute well maintained older homes. Danielle was super responsive, helpful, and answered all my questions quickly. I recommend this rental and would stay here again.

I really appreciated staying at Floyd's place. It was cute and comfortable. The only surprise was the layout - the second bedroom was only accessible via the first bedroom. It was very hard to find a place with a bedroom that had 2 single beds and this definitely fit the bill. But Floyd was very accommodating and responsive when we needed the heat turned up he did it right away. I would definitely stay here again.
