Comfy apartment (with a great shower) in a lovely neighbourhood. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus route to get into NYC. Estefania was a great host. Would recommend this rental.

We had such a fabulous time staying here! It was an easy commute to both NYC and Sports Illustrated Stadium, and parking was very easy. I was traveling with my grandmother, and Christina was very proactive and reached out to make sure she would be able to climb all the stairs, which was incredibly thoughtful! The space was very clean and felt more spacious than I expected. I would definitely recommend Christina’s place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

Awesome host and place!

Our stay was great ! The place is just like described in the photos ! Dayana is a great host and was quick to respond to all my queries and provided me with extra essentials when requested for ! The area has restaurants and grocery stores nearby too ! The driveway is bit narrow for parking a standard size SUV in the garage in the backside of the rental unit. But we were able to park it with no issues !

The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Super cute and the neighborhood is gorgeous…walking distance to an awesome park and more.

This place is amazing , clean and fantastic!! located centrally and the view from the Apartment is breathtaking! Just 2.5 miles from NYC . Amanda is awesome, she communicated with us all through,very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend the place whoever is visiting NY or NJ, it's worth every penny spent. Property is close to many restaurants, parks, Bus stops, Groceries. Thank you Amanda for having us!!.

Good value and an interesting, calm neighborhood. A bit far from the subway but easy enough to bus even with kids.

Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. I have been using Airbnb for 13 years, this is my first time encountering such a welcoming host. Thank you Pedro! Will definitely be back.

The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and provided a perfect retreat after busy days in the city. Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Der Blick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Es ist ein Ruhepol zum Erholen. Leider ist die Busverbindung in die Stadt sehr unzuverlässig und man muss die Route über Light Rail und Path nehmen um nach NYC zu kommen. Ist dann doch ein zeitlicher Aufwand. Ansonsten alles super.

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

I highly recommend Lee's place. It is exactly how it looks in the photos, everything is very clean. The bed is super comfy and it's quiet at night so great for a good night's rest after walking around all day! The outside space is perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning and glass of wine in the evening after a long day. Lee is great for recommendations and is on hand to answer any questions you have. We had a late flight and Lee kindly let us leave our luggage until we were ready to go. I really enjoyed my stay here, thanks so much Lee ☺️

Eleonora’s place? Absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn— quiet, clean, spacious, and full of charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. There’s so much to explore in the neighborhood, and Eleonora and Ben were the perfect hosts: friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic local recommendations. We were in town for a two-day music event, so our time was limited—but thanks to their great advice, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
