Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Balkon

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß und ist im Sommer schön kühl. Sie wurde ganz neu saniert und liebevoll ,mit viel Handwerklichem Geschick, von uns selbstgestaltet. Die Holzwerkstatt ist im Haus. (nur als Hobby....es ist kein Lärm zu Erwarten)😉Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und in ihm befindet sich meine Floristenwerkstatt,die ich gewerblich betreibe. Die Räume der Wohnung sind hell ,geräumig und freundlich . Verdunklungsrollos sind angebracht. Die Küche iist gut bestückt mit allem was man so braucht. Als Gastgeber wohne ich vor Ort und stehe jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden.

It is located in a listed building, which was built in 1570th The building has been lovingly restored and renovated with traditional materials such as clay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has one of the most beautiful views of the Herderplatz. It is bright and sunny. There is a balcony to the back side of the house, belonging to the apartment. Perfect for smokers and in summer.

Gemütliche kleine Höhle in Villa

Das Zimmer liegt im Souterrain einer Villa in guter Lage von Weimar. Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang an der Seite der Villa wo sich auch eine kleine Außensitzecke mit Tisch für die Gäste befindet. Dort geht man ein paar Treppen zum Eingang herunter. Im Vorraum ist die Garderobe wo sich auch ein Kühlschrank Wasserkocher und Nespresso Kaffemaschine befindet. Von dort aus ist das WC begehbar. Schlafraum hat ein 1,40x2 m Bett mit Sitzecke und kleines Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Keine Küche!

Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege sowie eine stündliche Busanbindung.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu vier Erwachsene, im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch mit Lattenrost. Für Kinder ist die Unterkunft ideal, denn direkt vorm Haus befindet sich ein Spielplatz. Bitte beachtet die recht steile Treppe hinauf in die Wohnung. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Das historische Zentrum, der Radilmweg und ein Waldstück als Naherholungsgebiet befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft. Unser kleines Häuschen verfügt über eine ca. 28qm große Einliegerwohnung, die wir als Gästewohnung hergerichtet haben. Wir wohnen als 4köpfige Familie mit im Haus. Beide Wohnbereiche sind voneinander abgetrennt, sodass unsere Gäste ihren eigenen Bereich haben. Ein Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus kann genutzt werden.

The building is surrounded by listed art nouveau villas. Only 5 min walk to the centre (German National Theatre). Small supermarket directly in the neighbourhood. Parking possible on the property.
