The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

Welcome to our modern and cozy apartment! The accommodation is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or families of up to four people. The spacious apartment offers everything you need for a short or longer stay. The bakery in Baustetten is within walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found in Laupheim, just a 5-minute drive away. Ulm can be reached in approximately 15-20 minutes via the B30.
