It is a vacation home, accommodating up to two people. It is suitable for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is in a good location: it is close to Breno (you can visit the castle and sanctuary of Minerva) and Bienno (the latter is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy). It is not far from Capo di Ponte, to admire the rock engravings. In the winter season it is a convenient place to reach the ski resorts (Borno, Montecampione, Temù, Ponte di Legno and Tonale).

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

The two cities are easily accessible by car or public transport.

Equipped room located in Val di Ledro just 3 km from Lake Ledro, reachable in 15 minutes with electric bicycles made available free of charge for guests. In winter, the snow makes Val di Ledro an enchanted place. Nearby Monte Tremalzo is perfect for ski mountaineering or a simple snowshoe hike surrounded by nature. Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.
